What are the structural features of Vz58 assault rifle?

The air guide of Vz58 assault rifle is located above the barrel. The air guide device is composed of piston, piston spring, air guide hoop, cylinder and related parts of the upper guard wood. The piston has an independent recoil spring, and the recoil stroke is about 19mm. There are two exhaust holes under the air chamber. When the piston is seated 16 mm, the gunpowder gas in the air chamber will leak from the exhaust hole. The distance between the piston and the barrel axis is smaller than that of AK47, only 19mm, which reduces the impulse distance of gunpowder gas acting on the piston and is beneficial to improve the shooting accuracy.

The gun adopts the swing locking mode of clamping iron. The locking mechanism consists of a frame, a lock tongue, a locking iron, a shell and a barrel end face, which cooperate with each other to complete the opening and locking actions. The bolt assembly consists of a bolt, a lock clip, a striker, a shell-pulling hook, a shell-pulling hook spring and an ejector rod. The locking clip is hinged under the bolt.
