What are the structural features of Vz58 assault rifle?

The air guide of Vz58 assault rifle is located above the barrel. The air guide device is composed of piston, piston spring, air guide hoop, cylinder and related parts of the upper guard wood. The piston has an independent recoil spring, and the recoil stroke is about 19mm. There are two exhaust holes under the air chamber. When the piston is seated 16 mm, the gunpowder gas in the air chamber will leak from the exhaust hole. The distance between the piston and the barrel axis is smaller than that of AK47, only 19mm, which reduces the impulse distance of gunpowder gas acting on the piston and is beneficial to improve the shooting accuracy.

The gun adopts the swing locking mode of clamping iron. The locking mechanism consists of a frame, a lock tongue, a locking iron, a shell and a barrel end face, which cooperate with each other to complete the opening and locking actions. The bolt assembly consists of a bolt, a lock clip, a striker, a shell-pulling hook, a shell-pulling hook spring and an ejector rod. The locking clip is hinged under the bolt. The front end of the bolt machine has an empty bin hanging groove in front of the right bamboo shoots, and the lower groove is used for throwing shells. There are symmetrical rotating shaft holes on both sides of the bolt, which are used to install the rotating trunnion of the locking clamp iron.

Guide rails on both sides guide the bolt machine to move in the guide groove of the frame. The back of the pin hole is a hammer insertion hole, which is convenient for the hammer to knock the pin. The handle is installed on the right side of the gun rack. There is a magazine slot at the front end of the frame, and the setting slot at the bottom accommodates the bolt, and the bolt is forced to complete the opening and closing action through the opening and closing inclined plane. The lower protrusion controls the out-of-position safety stop iron transmission lever and the single-shot lever, thus releasing the out-of-position safety and realizing the single-shot.
