First, the family supports the elderly. Brothers and sisters at home get together to take care of each other when they are old, so that brothers and sisters are about the same age, many people speak the same language and have the same lifestyle, and at the same time, they can reduce the burden on children and let them work and take care of their families.

There are six brothers and sisters in our family. We discussed this problem a few years ago. When we are old, we will get together to support the elderly, live in cities in winter, live in rural areas in summer, and grow vegetables and flowers in rural areas for self-sufficiency. In winter, there is no heating in the countryside, and it is cold, so we move to the city. I think this way of providing for the aged is very good. This way of providing for the aged has a special name, called migratory bird group providing for the aged.

The second is to hold a group with young people. Hangzhou once launched multi-generation old-age care services for young people involved in the project. As long as they pay the rent in 300 yuan every month, they can live in a suite in a nursing home. The requirement is to participate in voluntary service for the elderly every month.

I have a colleague whose children are working in other places, and he is not going back to his hometown. In this case, he chose to hold a group of young people away from their loved ones. He bought the same building with his niece, so that he can be taken care of by her when he is old, because it is impossible for him to take care of the children without him.

The third is the time bank group pension model. Kazakhstan's pension model is also gradually emerging. It is characterized in that the elderly of different ages help each other in groups, and they spend time helping the elderly with housework when they are relatively young and healthy. When they are old, they can use these accumulated time coins to be taken care of in their later years, so as to support and carry on the old, which is undoubtedly a good cycle of mutual support for the elderly.
