1. Tripod is a must. The indoor light is not good. It is likely that your exposure time will be longer, so you must have a tripod.

2. When the subject is moving, the shutter should not be lower than 1/60s, otherwise there will be smear.

3. When the subject is violently active, the shutter should not be lower than 1/250s, otherwise there will be smear.

4. Try not to use the sensitivity above ISO400, and the maximum sensitivity should not exceed 800.

5. Try not to use the flash or use it at close range, and keep it above 2 meters.
