How to add pictures of epidemic situation in video recording?

Drag the left and right small arrows at the bottom of the interface to set the picture display time. The small arrow on the left is the time when the screen starts to display, and the small arrow on the right is the time when the screen ends to display. Drag the button in the lower right corner of the picture on the interface to change the size and angle of the picture display. Drag the picture directly to set the position of the picture display, and then tick it after setting it.
