1. Recruitment positions and number of people

One non-staff member of the Baiyun District Population and Family Planning Bureau.

Second Benefit

Salary benefits will be implemented in accordance with the unified salary distribution mechanism and growth mechanism at the district level for non-establishment personnel. Three recruitment targets and conditions

Principles and working procedures of the four recruitment examinations

2. Work procedures: Follow the procedures of "formulation and announcement of recruitment plan, registration and qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment, public announcement, and employment".

Five registration and qualification review

1. Registration time and location

Registration time: January 28, 2014 - February 12, 2014 (9:00 a.m. 00-12:00, 1:30-5:00 pm, during the Spring Festival holiday, application materials can be submitted to the duty room of the District Population and Family Planning Bureau or the person on duty that day).

Registration location: Baiyun District Population and Family Planning Bureau Office (No. 112, Jianshan Road, Baiyun District).

2. Registration requirements: Applicants must bring their graduation certificate, ID card or household register, original and copy of driver's license, 3 recent 1-inch color photos with the same background and no hat, and personal facts issued by the public security agency Proof of performance (it is necessary to prove whether you have been punished by public security, whether you have a criminal record, and whether you have been identified as a criminal suspect by judicial authorities, etc.), and fill in the registration form (must be filled in clearly as required, if you fill it in incorrectly, you will be responsible).

3. Applicants must read the brochure carefully, register in accordance with the conditions and requirements published in the brochure, and provide true and valid registration materials that are consistent with them. If the materials provided are inconsistent with the conditions and requirements required for the position to be applied for or are fraudulent, once verified, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled, and all losses caused will be borne by the applicant.

4. The admission ticket will be issued on February 14, 2014. Location for collecting the admission ticket: Candidates can go to the Baiyun District Population and Family Planning Bureau Office (No. 112, Jianshan Road, Baiyun District) with their ID cards to collect the admission ticket.

5. If none of the applicants meet the application requirements or there are less than 3 candidates, the recruitment will be cancelled.

Six written examinations

The written examination is a closed book examination. The contents of the written examination include political theory, basic knowledge of public affairs, and population and family planning laws and regulations. The written examination is organized by the recruitment leadership group, with unified propositions, paper making, and marking (scored on a 100-point scale).

The time and location of the written examination shall be subject to the notice on the written examination admission ticket.

Seven interviews

Participants will be interviewed based on their written test scores in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of recruits. The interview admission ticket must be collected at the Baiyun District Population and Family Planning Bureau office, and the office will notify the candidate by phone based on the written test results.

Calculation of eight scores

Candidates’ scores are calculated according to the following proportions: written test scores account for 50%, and interview scores account for 50%.

Nine physical examinations

According to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be hired, the list of experience personnel will be determined based on the total score from high to low. Those who fail the physical examination will not be included in the assessment objects, and they will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score according to the total score of the position. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Recruitment Leading Group Office; the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the "Guizhou Province National Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination Measures". The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Ten Political Reviews

Those who have passed the physical examination are included in the political review targets. Mainly based on realistic performance and archival records, it is comprehensive, objective and fair. Those who fail the political review will be replaced in turn.

(11) Handling employment procedures

Those who pass the written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment will be determined as the candidates to be employed. Conduct a 5-day public announcement and accept social supervision. Qualified personnel who have been announced will go through the employment formalities after submitting for approval according to the procedures.

(12) Disciplinary Requirements

Recruitment work is subject to disciplinary inspection, supervision departments and social supervision. Recruitment adheres to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, strictly observes disciplines, strictly controls policies, conditions, standards, and work procedures, strictly observes examination disciplines, and resolutely puts an end to fraud, favoritism and other adverse phenomena.

During the recruitment process, if any disciplinary violations occur, the candidate will be disqualified from employment, and disciplinary sanctions will be imposed on relevant personnel who violate disciplines. In order to ensure that the recruitment work is carried out in an orderly manner, a recruitment leading group has been established.
