Photographing the beautiful Shatuo River

When the cherry blossoms were in bloom, I met a couple of painters in the garden, who were painting. His wife said that the place where they often go to sketch is Shatuo River, where the scenery is much better than the garden.

So, I thought I must go to Shatuo River once. Later, my colleagues and I cycled around most of Zhuge town and asked the villagers about Shatuo River all the way, but we found nothing everywhere.

Finally, one weekend in the summer vacation, while my husband was off duty, my husband and I rode to find Shatuo River. My husband said that he had been to Shatuo River to accompany him in fishing. I blame him for not saying so earlier.

Shatuo River is actually very close to the urban area. After that, you can get there by crossing a highway bridge. After getting off the highway bridge, not far away, there is a dilapidated stone bridge, and there is a village on the west side of the bridge, that is, Shatuo Village; Under the bridge is the Shatuo River.

in my mind, the river in the countryside should have the shadow of my hometown and my mother's hometown. The riverbed is not very wide, and there are large and small pebbles on display at the bottom of the river; The river flows along the current, combing the aquatic plants and rushing through; Standing on the rocks in the river, you can see small fish swimming in groups.

But the Shatuo River here is not like this. Its shore is steep and almost upright; The river is very wide, connecting the poplars and corn fields on the shore; In shallow water, reeds are dense, clustered together; From the river to the field, there seems to be no transition of inclined shore potential, which is not what I imagined in the river at all. It is more like a lake with water storage.

the river is quiet. The water is full of filth and weeds, and as far as you can see, it is chaotic. I guess there must be places we haven't been to, which are more suitable for viewing and staying.

we crossed the street of shatuo village and rode forward. At the west end of the village, the rural road turns to the northwest and there is a long ramp. On the right side of the ramp, there are high battlements with several abandoned caves. On the left side of the ramp, the terrain is low, and it is a poplar forest. When I got off the ramp and looked back, it turned out that the whole Shatuo village was located on a high hill.

down the ramp, there are two forks. Walking to the fork on the left, I saw a small river bed. In the river bed, there was a shallow Shui Bo, with dense water plants and a red dragonfly rising and falling. Passing through Yang Shulin, we found a deeper river with a wide water surface and steep and uneven shore, just like what we saw when we came. There are several cars parked by the forest.

I'm a little disappointed. It's really not like a place where you can get into poetry and painting. My husband and I discussed it and turned back to the fork on the right to have a look. We always have to gain something.

Walk along the narrow cement country road, with one-person-high flower and tree nursery on both sides. Lagerstroemia indica poked its head out of the fence, and the branches of flowers reached the roadside, purple, red and pink, in clusters. Every once in a while, there is a temporary hut, which is a resting place for workers.

Walking through the flower forest, there are large tracts of sweet potato fields. Looking to the left, there is actually a modest lake. The trees in the distance are reflected in the water. Away from the village, from the bonus of crape myrtle to the deep lake green, it seems to have passed through Tao Yuanming's peach blossom forest, and my eyes and heart are suddenly enlightened.

Go on. Near the road, another lake appears. There is a small continent in the center of the lake, and green shrubs grow in the crevices. When a bird saw us approaching, it fluttered and flew, and then a group of waterfowl fluttered and flew from the grass. It's a surprise to see so many waterfowl at once. It was my intrusion as an outsider that disturbed them.

Go along the cement road and see another lake. Go further, and, and. In addition to the dense reeds, there are also clumps of Polygonum hydropiper in the lake. Looking to the west, water plants spread far away. I believe that there must be more lakes hidden where I can't see them. When Polygonum hydropiper is red and reed is white, there must be the obscurity of "Jianjia" and the bleak sadness of "lonely sandbar is cold".

The cement road turns north, turns east, and finally turns back to Shatuo Village. It turned out that the only way to Shatuo was the road to Laishi. If it was not a temporary rise, who would have expected that there would be such a world outside this village? These lakes are not as pleasant as the rivers in my mind. They grow quietly in Shan Ye like dignified virgins.

My husband said that in the near future, this place will be vigorously developed, and by that time, it will become a good place for vacation and leisure in Yuzhou. I feel a little gloomy in my heart. Wild water should look like wild water. Why not let it live naturally?
