Zoucheng or Qufu, where is Mencius' hometown?

Fucun is an ancient village, the birthplace of Yasheng Mencius, located at12.5km south of Qufu. There is a wooden archway at the head of the village, which is the hometown of Mencius, with four pillars, three rooms and three floors.

There are four arches in the middle, which are colorful and double-sided, and the two arches between two slightly are also colorful and double-sided. The word "Mencius' hometown" is horizontally and vertically engraved on the foreheads of Ming people, with a gray tile roof with five mountains and six beasts on it.

Zoucheng is located in the south and west of Shandong Province, southeast of Jining City, bordering Pingyi County of Linyi City in the east, surabaya county, Qufu City and Yanzhou District in the north, rencheng district and Weishan County of Jining City in the west, Shanting and Tengzhou City of Zaozhuang City in the south.

Zoucheng city is located in the southwest edge of the hilly area in central and southern Shandong, at the junction of Taimeng Mountain Range and Luxi Plain.
