Participation procedures and precautions

The products of exhibitors must conform to the national measures for the protection of intellectual property rights in exhibitions. Once the exhibition organization finds that the exhibits are suspected of infringement and do not meet the scope of the exhibits, it will dispose of them according to the relevant regulations of the exhibition.

Fill in the application form/contract for participation as required, affix the company seal, and mail the original application form/contract to the organizer;

After the application form is confirmed by the organizer, the applicant will remit all the exhibition fees to the organizer within seven days; Fax the remittance slip to the organizer for verification after remittance;

After receiving the applicant's participation fee, the organizer will confirm the booth. The principle of booth allocation is: apply first, pay first, arrange first;

Pay off the relevant expenses within the specified time. If the exhibitor refuses to participate in the exhibition due to the exhibitor's reasons, the payment will not be refunded and the organizer has the right to cancel the exhibitor's booth;

One month before the opening of the exhibition, the organizer will provide exhibitors with the Exhibitor Manual.
