5. Exhibits and promotional materials displayed by exhibitors at the exhibition must be consistent with the product category exhibition area (if any) selected in the application form.
6. The exhibitor's authorization to display and use the booth at the exhibition belongs to individuals only, and the related rights shall not be transferred, subcontracted, subcontracted or shared with third parties in any other way. Any exhibitor who is found to share the booth or booth with a third party by transferring, subletting, subcontracting or in any other way must immediately withdraw from the exhibition, dismantle the exhibition and withdraw the exhibition, and the expenses shall be borne by the exhibitor.
7. Exhibitors can only distribute promotional materials at their booths, and are not allowed to advertise, demonstrate or solicit business in any other place in the exhibition venue; Exhibits and billboards shall not be placed outside the scope of their booths.
8. Exhibitors must ensure that the exhibits and their packaging, as well as any display part of promotional materials or booths, do not infringe or infringe the rights of others in all aspects, including all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to registered or unregistered trademarks, copyrights, designs, names and patents.
10. Appropriate preventive measures must be taken, such as arranging security personnel or other protective methods, to protect the public from any moving or operating exhibits. Such exhibits can only be operated or demonstrated by the personnel authorized by the exhibitor, and cannot be operated unattended. A. Exhibitors engage in any activities that the organizers think are inconsistent with the nature and purpose of the exhibition, or damage the rights of other exhibitors;
B exhibitors clearly mark the price at the exhibition site, sell products that do not meet the nature and purpose of the exhibition to private individuals, or pay the payment in real time at the exhibition site;
C 30 minutes after the opening of the first day of the exhibition (subject to the exhibitor's manual prepared by the organizer), if the exhibitor does not move into the booth or booth, it will be regarded as giving up the booth automatically, and the organizer has the right to use the booth in the way it thinks fit. The exhibitor is deemed to have given up the exhibition from that day, and the paid exhibition fee will not be refunded;
D. Exhibitors display suitable exhibits in the booth that are consistent with the product category exhibition area (if any) selected in the exhibition form, accounting for no more than 60% of the total exhibition area.

15. In case of circumstances beyond the control of the organizer (including but not limited to war, embargo, riots, legal proceedings or government regulations), the organizer has the right to cancel the exhibition at any time, change the nature of the exhibition, reduce the scale of the exhibition, shorten or extend the exhibition period, and is not responsible for the exhibitors. The exhibitor shall not claim compensation from the organizer, its agent or representative for the loss or damage caused by the organizer's actions such as canceling the exhibition, changing the nature of the exhibition, reducing the scale of the exhibition, shortening or extending the exhibition period, or demanding a refund of all or part of the money.
16. ground responsibility and exhibition area construction:

5. It is allowed to mark the booth position on the floor of the exhibition hall with erasable chalk or approved tape. Other ground marking methods are not allowed, and the exhibition expenses shall be borne by the exhibitors. Sticky (sticky) patterns or promotional materials on the back are not allowed to be pasted on any building part in the exhibition hall, and the expenses incurred in removing such items and repairing the damage in the exhibition hall shall be borne by the exhibitors.

18, security:
(1) Hazardous substances need to be approved by the exhibition hall and relevant government departments.

(3) The disposal of solids, liquids and gases containing toxic components shall be notified to the relevant government departments, and the nature and quantity of the solid or liquid substances shall be notified to the Center in writing at least four months before the exhibition.
19. painting: the main painting work of exhibits and display materials is not allowed in the exhibition hall, but during the admission, the display materials are allowed to be repaired in the exhibition hall, and necessary safety precautions and protection measures are taken while painting. Exhibitors should enter and leave the museum on time to ensure the safety of exhibition samples.
D. The decoration and construction of the booth during the exhibition shall be carried out in accordance with the fire regulations. Exhibits and samples shall be displayed in accordance with the regulations, and no unit or individual may place exhibits and samples anywhere outside the booth.
E. All exhibitors should conscientiously implement the fire protection regulations of the exhibition hall and do a good job in safety and fire prevention. Strengthen the safety and fire prevention education for subordinates.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall.
G. During the exhibition, the trucks carrying the exhibits will be temporarily parked at the designated place after entering the exhibition hall, and will be unloaded and driven out immediately. Any potential safety hazards or problems should be reported to the staff of the exhibition hall and the relevant responsible departments of the exhibition hall at the first time and solved.
B during the exhibition, the staff of the exhibition hall will conduct spot checks on the safety of booths, and will issue rectification notices to booths that do not meet the requirements of fire protection and structural safety, requiring them to rectify within the specified time. 22. Public facilities services: installation and connection of all public facilities (including electricity, water, drainage and compressed gas, etc.). ) are provided by the exhibition hall. 23, booth cleaning regulations:
(1) The cleaning staff of the exhibition hall is responsible for public places and facilities such as public passages and toilets. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning the booth. If the exhibition hall cleaning service is needed, the exhibition hall cleaning department can provide paid service.
(2) The articles used by exhibitors shall be properly kept by themselves. The cleaning staff of the exhibition hall has the right to clear out the cartons, wooden boxes and building materials piled up on the aisle of the booth as garbage.
(3) Before the exhibition, the booth builder must pay the cleaning deposit to the exhibition hall; Before the end of the exhibition, the decoration garbage in the exhibition area must be cleaned up and transported away, and it is strictly forbidden to discard garbage in the exhibition area; After cleaning, it must be confirmed by the exhibition hall manager on the spot, and the booth builder can get back the deposit with the confirmation of the exhibition hall.
24, traffic management regulations
(1) Any non-central vehicle is not allowed to enter the venue without permission. Vehicles and personnel who are allowed to enter the venue must abide by the safety regulations of the exhibition hall, drive according to traffic signs and guidance instructions, and obey the command of the on-site staff. The exhibition hall has the right to punish violators. The safety responsibility of vehicles and personnel during their stay in the exhibition hall shall be borne by themselves, and the exhibition hall shall not bear any safety responsibility except for safety problems caused by intentional or negligent staff.
(2) All kinds of vehicles can only park and load and unload goods within the prescribed scope. Vehicles or goods parked in violation of regulations shall be towed away or removed, and the required expenses shall be borne by the carrier or the owner. When loading and unloading goods, measures should be taken to prevent damage to exhibition hall facilities, otherwise, the shipper or the shipper is responsible for compensation.
(3) The activities of foreign vehicles and personnel in the exhibition hall shall bear their own safety responsibilities, and the consequences of safety accidents caused by non-staff of the exhibition hall shall bear their own responsibilities.
25, photography and photo regulations
(1) Commercial photography and photo-taking activities in the exhibition area should be approved by the Organizing Committee in advance and carried out at the designated time and place according to the requirements of the exhibition staff. Non-commercial personal photography, video recording and other activities shall not be carried out in the area where photography is prohibited, and the normal exhibition order and public order of the exhibition hall shall not be affected, otherwise it will be stopped.
(2) In order to protect the design and intellectual property rights of exhibitors' exhibits and booths, it is forbidden to take photos and videos in the exhibition hall. Journalists who aim at news reporting, except those who have been approved by the organizer and obtained the reporter's interview certificate according to the regulations. Shooting the items in the booth must be approved by the exhibitors in advance, otherwise it will be stopped.
26, warehousing, transportation and customs regulations
(1) Relevant regulations on warehousing and transportation
A without the permission and authorization of the exhibition hall, foreign mobile forklifts, independent cranes (loading and unloading tools with lifting function only), lifting machinery and other large-scale working machinery are prohibited from entering the exhibition hall.

C exhibits (especially heavy equipment or containers) must follow the freight route determined by the exhibition hall when entering the exhibition hall for storage, loading and unloading.
