Content introduction:

Shuntaro Tanikawa is the most influential poet in Japanese contemporary poetry. He wrote lyrics for Miyazaki Hayao and Osamu Tezuka's animations, and poems for Nobuyoshi Araki's photo albums and Yoko Sasano's paintings. It has influenced countless people such as Haruki Murakami, Kenzaburo Oe and Kosuke Kitajima, and won many Nobel Prize in Literature nominations.

This book consists of 120 poems written by Tanigawa and his bosom friend translator Tian Yuan (of which 17 is the first work), with the highest artistic achievement and the widest spread. This is the most complete and exquisite collection of Shuntaro Tanikawa's poems at present.
