Fuzhou: a livable city suitable for vacation

The original intention of writing this article is that during the Spring Festival holiday, many people asked my mother where to play in Fuzhou.

Every time I ask this question, I will only have a real feeling: Fuzhou is really not a tourist city.

From the perspective of a tourist city, Fuzhou lacks amazing scenery, especially there is not an extremely exclusive scenic spot where similar scenery can no longer be seen elsewhere. All the scenery looks similar and ordinary in your own city, which is why Fuzhou looks unattractive; As far as the scenery itself is concerned, compared with the scenic spots in the central and western regions (such as Kanas and Jiuzhaigou), the color richness can be said to be quite lacking; In addition, Fuzhou's transportation system is still relatively backward, for example, there is only one subway, for example, the traffic order is still relatively chaotic.

Fuzhou doesn't have the feeling that foreigners will scream "wow" at first sight and immediately feel that they have come to fairyland; Nor will it provide you with a feeling that will make you feel very educated and baptized; Japanese-style and European-style characteristic buildings will not be provided. After staying in Fuzhou for a day or two, most people will feel that there is no place to visit and they can't do it. Very common. I don't think it is possible for me to draw an interesting one-day tour route in Fuzhou.

If Fuzhou is not really regarded as a garden at home, but by the standards of a tourist city, Fuzhou will not be very interesting.

Throughout the article, I will list some places next. Among them, ※ indicates that I have not actually visited in depth, and hereby declare.

The following are the scenic spots recommended by general travel websites.

I'm not interested in the scenic spots of the cultural department myself, but there must be many tourists interested. In this respect, you can refer to another simple friend's travel notes in Fuzhou.

But for people living in Fuzhou, I really feel that there has always been a place where I can't walk and play.

Anyone who knows me or has seen me should know that my aesthetic view is so harsh, narrow and critical that I hate crowded scenic spots. The traditional 5A scenic spot and the observation deck that everyone is satisfied with can't meet my aesthetic needs. I need changing clouds, exquisite planning and design, and ingenious terrain coordination; Not only do I need beautiful scenery to feast my eyes on, but I also need supporting facilities and public spaces that make people feel really comfortable and comfortable, so that people can feel comfortable and at ease. If you are in a fairyland, you'd better have fresh air and gentle breeze and drizzle on your cheeks. In my recent trip to southeast Tibet, I have introduced this kind of scenery many times to some extent.

As a native of Fuzhou, I have visited quite a few corners in the sixth district of Fuzhou and Minhou, and I feel that I am qualified to say that Fuzhou is a livable city. Fuzhou can give you an all-round experience of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell in your life.

Of course, I also said that from the perspective of a tourist city, Fuzhou is very ordinary. But from the point of view of living or vacationing, it is a brand-new feeling: the slow-moving system all over the city, all kinds of subtropical plants all over the city roads and city parks all over the city will really give you the illusion of a big garden. There are scenery everywhere in Fuzhou.

Generally speaking, compared with other cities, Fuzhou has five advantages: fresh air, rich geographical resources, rich plants, provincial capital and slow pace.

First of all, the air quality in Fuzhou is second only to Haikou and Lhasa among the provincial capital cities in China. The high air quality compliance rate makes every day in Fuzhou a scenic spot. In addition, the air humidity is just right. In Fuzhou, about 20% or 30% of the year, you can enjoy the air that will feel refreshed immediately after smoking.

Secondly, thanks to the large urban area, Fuzhou is rich in topography, including peaks, valleys, rivers, reservoirs, lakes, islands and oceans. There are not only abundant hot spring resources, but also hotbeds for various vegetation.

Most importantly, relying on the resources of provincial capital cities, Fuzhou has almost all urban modules owned by highly developed cities, such as the central business district, a large number of bustling department stores and commercial streets, as well as a large number of commodity transactions brought by the Straits International Convention and Exhibition Center every time, as well as bustling ports, which shows Fuzhou's economic strength; Highly developed administrative service center, digital urban management and 12345 convenience service platform have demonstrated excellent government service capabilities. A large area of urban green space, urban water system, slow walking trails and cycling systems, as well as a series of unique venues that can hold various large-scale activities. Educational resources are also very rich, and there are high-grade central libraries-Straits Library and the following district and county libraries, which can be borrowed and returned; There is a 24-hour mobile library and a 24-hour study room; Now the primary school is very luxurious, with advanced educational concepts in Fuzhou No.1 Middle School. In addition, Minhou and Changle also have high-tech zones respectively.

Because Fuzhou is a small city, the pace of life can be said to be quite slow. You can see how laid-back Fuzhou people are. From Guling, every few drops of snow will lead to traffic jams until the third ring road in the middle of the night (see "It is going to snow"). Benefiting from this slow pace, you can constantly experience happy life enjoyment in the whole city.

Generally speaking, the life resources are rich and the life experience is great. It can be said that we are living the rhythm of a third-tier city through the resources of the provincial capital.

Fuzhou's urban photography, I recommend you to look at Shizhong's column and Weibo, as well as the professional photographer Bodhi Watch for many years; Fuzhou has a special traffic enthusiast group-Strait Traffic Circle, and a meteorological enthusiast group-Fujian Meteorological Enthusiast Team. You can ask them for help in transportation and meteorological services. In this article, I simply listed the scenic spots in Fuzhou.

Fuzhou city parks are everywhere, and there are almost no blind spots. Basically, you can walk one kilometer from home to the park.

I eat these snacks every day, and New Year's Eve is also a must. Some snacks in Fujian and even outside the province may not be from Fuzhou, and I didn't check them carefully.

There are also drunken spareribs, Buddha jumping over the wall, fish and shrimp. I don't eat it very often myself. I can experience it if I am interested.

I am not a foodie myself. I don't eat out very much, and I don't know which is good. If you want to eat a lot of Fuzhou snacks at one time and want to help yourself, you will usually go to Antai Building. In addition, it should be good to go from Sanfangqixiang to Mingshi Street, especially the old shops such as Yonghe Fish Ball and Old Fuzhou.

In addition, you have to taste tea when you come to Fujian. I can't taste tea myself. I just like the purity of jasmine tea from the taste. There are tea shops everywhere in Fuzhou. Those who are interested can go in and have a taste and take two cups of tea home.

It can be said that even as a Fuzhou person, as long as you have a holiday mentality, you will find that you can really enjoy the holiday-like experience around you.

Fuzhou is a city of forests. Surrounded by a dazzling array of subtropical vegetation, dense vegetation and rich plants make people feel like they are in the forest at any time. The windows of many families are covered with green vines, and the roads are covered with wall-climbing vegetation; Bougainvillea is planted next to the second ring viaduct, and the pier is covered with plants; One corner of my first primary school (Wushan Primary School) is forest, and the provincial government is almost surrounded by forest.

Fuzhou is also a water city. In recent years, the inland river regulation has made "Shuicheng" a truly attractive word instead of a disgusting word. Cruise ships have been opened in inland rivers, bathing places have been opened in Minjiang River, and Fuzhou citizens are truly connected with water.

Fuzhou is also a city of hot springs. Hot spring hotels and hot spring resources all over the city, as well as a large number of hot spring parks and open-air hot springs, together with the beautiful mountains around the hot spring pool, make the hot spring really a relaxing holiday experience.

These resources have existed for a long time, but in the past eight years of rectification, the original undeveloped disorderly scenery has now become orderly, which makes me finally stand up and introduce: Fuzhou is a super suitable city for vacation.

I think the best time to come to Fuzhou is February, May and September. Before and after the Spring Festival in February, with the refreshing sea breeze brought by the cold air on the East Road, it is often cloudy and comfortable, which makes Shan Ye fly (see rainy days in winter); Cherry blossoms and plum blossoms are in full bloom in the mountains, and Huahai Park also welcomes rape flowers, which is beautiful; In May, before the rainy season after the first flood season comes, the south wind is warm, the temperature is comfortable and the visibility is usually high. You can see many amazing sunsets and sunsets in May. At this time, the grass is green, the new leaves are green and the flowers are in full bloom. Fuzhou in September is often affected by typhoons, and the sky is sometimes full of Ma Benteng and sometimes colorful; Sometimes it's cloudy and windy, and sometimes the wind blows on your face and it's crisp. The scenery is very rich in this weather. (See Golden Collar)

You can't always stay in hotels or inns during holidays, and moderate physical activities that don't make people tired are also essential during holidays. Fuzhou's rich slow-moving system allows you to breathe fresh air while walking and cycling, and also enjoy the fun of changing scenery.

These resorts are not only surrounded by mountains and waters, but also have a wide view, and the scenery in You Mei is dusk in the evening. The landscape configuration likes several scenic spots very much.

If you want to spend your holiday by the sea, I suggest going to Xiamen and Taiwan Province Province, which are relatively close. The development of marine tourism in Fuzhou is not a strong point.
