The failure reasons are: 1. The oil pump relay is not working properly. 2. The oil pump is not working well. 3. Out of gas
Fault detection: 1. Detection of oil pump relay: turn on the key switch without turning on the motor, and you will hear a click, indicating that the relay is working normally! If the abnormal noise continues, check whether the ground wire is loose. If it is determined that the relay is damaged, the lamp relay can be interchanged with the oil pump relay. Drive to the repair shop to buy a new relay.
2. Inspection of the oil pump: generally, the oil pressure gauge is used for inspection, because it is self-draining. No oil pressure gauge! The easiest way is to remove the pipe and turn on the key switch. Do not start the motor. If the tubing injects oil, the oil pump is normal. On the contrary, it is not normal.
3. Out of breath: needless to say, I think everyone knows how to deal with it in a moment.
Two. The power went out.
Reason for failure: 1. The battery pile head is loose. 2. The high-voltage ignition coil is damaged. 3. The cylinder pipeline is damaged. 4. Whether the starting relay is inserted or damaged. 5. Is the insurance burnt out? 6. Whether the motor is normal. 7. Whether the main output line of the computer case is loose.
Fault detection: 1. Battery pile head looseness detection: observe whether the instrument displays. If there is no electricity in the whole vehicle, open the hood and observe whether the battery pile head connection is loose and oxidized. Loosen it with a wrench and pour boiling water into the pile head for oxidation.
2. Detection of ignition coil: You can use multimeter to check the resistance values of its primary coil and secondary coil, which should be within the scope of compliance, and the secondary resistance is greater than the primary resistance! But this is not sure if it is intact! Unplug the bobbin wire, observe its flashover and see if there is any leakage in the insulation! The fire should be blue, and the sparks are thick and long!
3. Detection of steel wire: Check the resistance value with multimeter, which should be within the load range. Unplug the cylinder line and observe the fire. Or jump into the fire and replace it.
