Brief introduction of China International Consumer Goods Expo;

China International Consumer Goods Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Consumer Expo") was approved by the State Council and co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. It is the highest level and largest international consumer goods fair in China.

Since 2002, the Expo has been held in the famous port city of Ningbo from June 8 to 12 every year, and has been successfully held for five times so far. Ningbo is an important opening window and one of the important foreign trade ports in China. In 2006, Ningbo's port trade volume reached US$ 86.49 billion. Port cargo throughput exceeded 300 million tons, ranking second in Chinese mainland Port and fourth in the world; Port container throughput reached 7,067,500 TEUs, ranking 13 in the world.

The 6th Consumer Expo will set up 3,000 booths, which are divided into seven exhibition areas: home textiles and clothing, electronic appliances, office furniture, daily necessities, decorative gifts, food yachts and overseas/trade service areas. The exhibition will bring together famous enterprises, famous products and new products at home and abroad, bringing many business opportunities for daily consumer goods trade for merchants from all over the world.

Brief introduction of Zhejiang Fair:

Zhejiang Investment and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang Fair) is hosted by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and China International Consumer Goods Expo (hereinafter referred to as Consumer Expo) is hosted by China Ministry of Commerce and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. Since 1999, Zhejiang Fair has been held for eight consecutive years, with more than 2,567 foreign-funded projects signed and more than 265,438.4 billion US dollars of foreign capital utilized by agreement.
