Longyou, what do you mean?

Longyou Salon Photographers (referred to as Longyou for short in China and Hongkong) are a group of amateur photographers who are interested in salon photography, or are members of them. Salon photographers like photography as their own interest, or go out with their masters or apprentices to find photography subjects after work. Salon photographers can be divided into several categories, some like to shoot girls, street scenes, historical buildings, community activities, regional events, tourist scenery and life. Salon photographers advocate single-mirror reflective cameras, tripods, long and short fires, slides, filters, aestheticism and so on. Many amateur photography institutions took part in the competition, obtained the qualification in the International Salon Club, and then were promoted to the master of salon photography. However, in Hongkong, China, in recent years, the name Longyou has been taken out of context in the entertainment pages of newspapers and magazines, and narrowly interpreted as a film photographer who is keen on shooting promotional girls in the streets, exhibitions or publicity activities. The word otaku otaku is closer to squatting at home (hidden youth) So otaku is not equal to longyou.
