The desert has also witnessed the widest side of nature. "There is not a town for 3,000 miles, and there is nothing except the camp, until the heavy sky joins the vast desert covered with snow."

As the fourth largest desert in China, Tengger Desert has always had a mysterious color. "Tengger" means "heaven" in Mongolian, which means boundless quicksand is like boundless sky. There is a legend among local herders that this desert is as high and as vast as the sky: "Dengtengger, three feet away from the sky", which shows their awe and attachment to it.

On May 2nd122nd, Ziya Academy Palace's trip through Tengger Desert was opened in Zhongwei, Ningxia. Feng Lun, chairman of Ziya Academy, founder of Wantong Group and chairman of Yufeng Capital, attended the experience course with more than 80 entrepreneurs. This desert used to be a no man's land. Crossing the desert has always been a game for the brave. Just like starting a business, on an unknown road, entrepreneurs overcome many difficulties and hardships and rely on tenacious will and firm belief to reach the end.

After simple packing, the entrepreneurs of Ziya Academy started a hiking trip across the desert. During the 8-9 hours' walk, there is endless yellow sand everywhere, and the end seems to be in the foreseeable future. Walking hard in the desert, you can't cross sand dunes that look the same but are actually different without strong belief support. Only by conquering the sand dunes can we get closer to the finish line. In the vast desert, people are insignificant. It is this smallness that shows the greatness of overcoming self and difficulties when people finally overcome difficulties and successfully walk out of the desert.

The long and painful journey to the country requires a proper combination of work and rest and self-adjustment in addition to hard work and unremitting progress. Whether it's a collective cheer after conquering a small sand dune or a group photo, students can always have fun in pain. This high morale and optimistic spirit deeply infected everyone. In the process of starting a business, team members will inevitably fall into fatigue and confusion, and they need "leaders" to cheer for everyone in time, boost morale and let the team fight with a fuller mental state.

Besides hiking in the desert, Ziya Gong Xue students also experienced the pride of desert racing. Riding on the sand sea and indulging in the world is the most dashing charm of the brave. Many students are exposed to desert racing for the first time. At first, they were eager to try. After repeated explorations and challenges, they finally got used to it, bravely walked into the desert and achieved self-transcendence again and again.

After a day's hiking, the students ushered in the most relaxed and happy time of the day. Feng Lun, Chairman of Ziya Academy, cordially and enthusiastically shared the experience and significance of this trip across the desert. Focusing on the goal, direction and trust, he encouraged entrepreneurs to learn the enlightenment brought by the crossing trip and better realize the sustainable development of enterprises. Later, Feng Shu personally wore the Warrior Medal for each student who participated in the crossing trip to commemorate this unusual challenge trip.

The night sky in the desert is deep and quiet. A cool breeze blows gently, which makes people relaxed and happy. Everyone takes heaven as their home, sits on the floor, and sometimes talks around the stove at night to share the harvest of the day; Sometimes indulge in singing and sing out the pride and enthusiasm in your heart; Sometimes, I will eat and taste desert food such as roast whole sheep; Sometimes the group dances, and the figure is swaying.

Due to the sudden sandstorm, the crossing trip was temporarily cancelled. Despite the regret of this trip, many students actively expressed their gains and feelings, and some students wrote poems with passion, which drew a successful conclusion for this experience class.

In the positive feedback from the students, this trip to Tengger Desert of Ziya Academy was successfully concluded. Although the challenge of overcoming the desert and self has come to an end, the road to entrepreneurship still has a long way to go. Ziya Academy will continue to join hands with entrepreneurs and students. On the road of continuous innovation and self-improvement, this journey of crossing is far from over.
