Behind-the-scenes production of Kangding love songs

Clothing: Ye Jintian went to England to buy leather.

The clothing designed by Ye Jintian is full of ethnic customs and fashion sense, which makes the traditional Tibetan clothing glow with unprecedented brilliance. The cost of costumes in the play is as high as 2 million yuan, and the average price of each costume of the main characters in the play is10.5 million Hong Kong dollars. After receiving the invitation from the cast, Ye Jintian bought clothes, hats, fabrics and Tibetan ornaments in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and even went to Britain to buy leather. Ye Jintian's design fully demonstrates the strength of Tibetan men's wear and the softness and charm of Tibetan women's wear. Traditional Tibetan costumes are characterized by layers of overlapping robes, wide sleeves and bright colors. Agate, coral, jade necklaces, silver earrings and jade earrings are very eye-catching.

Scene: Create a unique "pot farmer"

The shooting place of the play is Ganzi Prefecture, with vast blue sky, green grassland, pure snow-capped mountains and clear lakes. Under the lens of photographer-turned-director Wang Xiaolie, this picturesque scenery is fascinating, and the beautiful scenery in the film has become a major attraction. Before filming, the original houses of Tibetan aristocrats on the ancient tea-horse road no longer existed, and the crew spent huge sums of money to build a unique "pot village" decorated with gorgeous Tibetan paintings. The whole building is reflected in the river in front of the window, forming a unique landscape.

Bitter Artist: Building a City on the Wasteland The story of Kangding Love Song takes place between the owner of the Tibetan aristocratic pot farm and the Kangba people on the grassland. In order to fully and truly show the life style at that time, the crew spent about 3 million yuan to build a landscape, especially on a wasteland surrounded by mountains, and it took 500 craftsmen three months to take shape. There are many kinds of buildings in the city, including Tibetan stone houses, European attic, Sichuan folk houses and so on. Moreover, the stones for building houses have also been specially treated with kerosene, and almost every detail strives to restore history to the greatest extent.
