Hanfu features

Hanfu embodies the Chinese nation's cognition of the world and its unique aesthetic view.

The traditional costume of the Chinese nation implicitly expresses the metaphysical way of rational compatibility in a metaphysical external form. Metaphysics refers to the theoretical level, metaphysics refers to various concrete images, and all theories and truths are presented through concrete images. Therefore, our costumes in China also contain the profound and elegant national aesthetic orientation of Chinese ancestors.

The main characteristics of Hanfu:

(1) Cross collar, right lapel and tie.

Collar type: cross collar (Y-shaped cross collar is the most common), cross collar, square collar, round neck, vertical collar and chicken heart collar.

Direction: right hand (most common) and left hand (rare)

Fastening methods: lace (most common), coil buckle, metal buckle.

Handover: For the warmth of the package.

Right-hander: A Traditional Yin-Yang Theory Suitable for China. The left hand is above, the right hand is below, and the clothes of the left hand are tied on the right hand, that is, the right hand, which means that Yang is above Yin.

Lace: Hanfu usually uses belts to tie clothes, not buttons, because linear objects are easier to adjust than electrical objects.

(2) plane cutting

Plane cutting is often used in the east, which is different from three-dimensional cutting in the east. Oriental philosophy is a way of thinking that creation adapts to natural things, rather than forcing natural things to adapt to creation. Therefore, the eastern clothing is to adapt a dress to someone and wrap this person's body with a robe. Plane-cut clothes are very comfortable to wear, and there is no movement obstacle, just like the difference between oriental gardens and western gardens. Castles are conical, cylindrical or arc-shaped, and trees in gardens are often trimmed into matching geometric shapes, such as conical, cylindrical or spherical. The oriental garden, with one pavilion on the first floor, can completely adapt to the aesthetic feeling of natural growth of plants.

(3) Broad and elegant

China's aesthetics pays attention to the art of blank space, which is full of aura. Hanfu gives people the beauty of looseness, elegance and agility, just as Chinese paintings often leave blank, its generosity and elegance also make people feel light and agile.

(4) Chiang Kai-shek is elegant

Hanfu is still upright. Traditional Hanfu generally has a middle line, mainly because the width of ancient cloth is very narrow, and the belt is usually tied in the middle of the body.

The weather is serious.

Ancient books describe the ways in which the scholar-officials cling to the trend: clouds and clouds. The solemnity of Hanfu is the most intuitive embodiment of its etiquette. When wearing Hanfu, you should pay attention to etiquette. A polite gentleman can best reflect the solemn beauty of Hanfu.

(6) naturalness

China's aesthetics embodies the beauty of Taoism and nature everywhere. The color of clothing changes with the color law of the four seasons, and the fabrics are all taken from nature. Fabric dyeing usually adopts plant dyeing instead of industrial dyeing. The style of clothing is wide and stretched, emphasizing the natural cycle of charm (color, fabric, cutting)

(7) Comfort

Since ancient times, clothing in China has been made of silk, hemp, kudzu root hair and so on. Natural materials are breathable and comfortable, and are regarded as breathable fabrics. The form of plane cutting also makes the movement feel unrestrained (fabric, cutting).

(8) Practicality

Hanfu has developed for thousands of years, and there are various forms and types of clothing, such as the sacrificial clothing of ancient emperors, such as coronation clothing, court clothing, such as Tian Tong's crown clothing or official clothing, and Yanju clothing. Scholars, farmers and vendors have different social and professional divisions, and there are also clothing types suitable for their own work and professional needs.

In the history of China's civilization development for thousands of years, from ancient times to the present, there has always been a blend of costume culture between the Han nationality and other ethnic minorities in China and neighboring countries. However, the basic features of China's aesthetics have not died out because of the influence of other nationalities, but have always existed. Although the costumes of the Han nationality are often influenced by other nationalities, the aesthetics of China people also often affect the aesthetic changes of other nationalities. In each historical period, China's aesthetics only has different forms of expression.

Chinese national spirit: moderation, elegance, self-improvement, benevolence and morality, and frugality in times of poverty.

The general characteristics of China's aesthetics are: advocating nature, being broad-minded, elegant and restrained, and vivid.
