What preparations do you need for university recruitment?

In college, if you want to run for minister or deputy minister, what preparations should you make?

1.

Write a job offer and give it to your seniors. They will notify you of this in advance.

For the content of the competition letter, you can go online to Baidu, or you can directly ask the seniors in your department. Different departments may have different requirements.

2.

During the recruitment process, there are usually speeches and questions.

Speech = self-introduction + competition content

In this part, you must clearly express your opinions.

Generally, it includes the following points:

1. Evaluate your performance in the organization

2. What have you gained and learned since joining this organization? Disadvantages

3. Some opinions on this department are actually just suggestions. These suggestions should be written into your competition letter. It is best to make specific, detailed and feasible suggestions based on the activities held by your organization/department.

For example, I joined the new media department of the Student Union. I was mainly responsible for taking photos of activities and competitions held by various departments of the Student Union, and promoting them online and offline. Then, when I was competing for the position, I put forward some suggestions:

(1) The quality of the photos was not high, the angles were not chosen well, and sometimes the photos were blurry or blurry. A funny emoticon. Such photos cannot be used to make remarks, cannot be used for publicity, and almost cannot be used on stage.

(2) The sports department is a busy department. There is an activity or competition almost every week, or even every few days. But this year, there were many competitions where members of their department took photos with their mobile phones. Why?

There are two reasons. One is that their department notified them too late, so it is difficult for us to arrange personnel to take photos of them. Second, the coordination of our department is not good. The minister's personality is a bit too casual and gentle. As long as we say that we have other things to do, she will agree to let you not go to work.

What should we do in this situation?

What should I write in the competition letter? If it were you, what would you do?

I remember making these two points:

If the photo quality is not good, then practice your photography skills more! In addition to holding department-level photography competitions, you can also hold small photography competitions within your own department! It doesn’t require much money or steps. It only requires a dozen members of your own department. It can not only exercise the ability to design activities, but also improve the photography skills and enhance friendship of the children in the department. How great!

No one took pictures during the game? Are all the children in the department busy? At this time, the minister needs to deal with it. Let the children in the department post the reasons why they can't go in the QQ group of the new media department. First, rely on the consciousness of the children in the department. According to the priority of each reason, whichever reason is the lightest - such as taking a bath, can be automatically borne. The department went to work taking pictures.

If no one comes forward, the minister will have to make a choice. Find the person with the least reason, have a private chat, carefully inquire and discuss, and then confirm the person.

In the question-and-answer session, I summarized the questions:

1. How else do you think we can innovate in this department’s activities?

2. If you are successful in the competition and become a minister/deputy minister, how will you handle your relationship with people who have not been successful in the competition?

3. How do you deal with disagreements among department staff?

4. Among all the members of this department, who do you think is the most suitable for this position?

5. How will you coordinate work and study?

6. How to introduce this department to freshmen?

7. What areas do you think need improvement in the department as a whole?

8. A certain kid in the freshman year is very strong. As a minister, how do you deal with it?

9. What are your plans for your future development?

10. If you fail in the competition, will you still stay in this department and the student union? Why?

These questions all have a prerequisite - if you are successful in the competition. That is to say, what will you do after you become a minister/deputy minister?

The above 10 questions are the most frequently asked during the recruitment process, and only these questions are asked. After all, how you choose depends on your usual performance.

The following are my suggestions for two questions:

The second question is that after you are successful in the competition and become the deputy director, you need to communicate more with other people. Don’t take everything into your own hands, but know how to assign tasks.

The fourth question is, name the person you think is most suitable for this position. Don’t say it. This question allows seniors to understand our views on department partners, and only when you give others valuable feedback will others give you something. Therefore, you should feel free to say a name boldly, and of course you can also say yourself.

3.

The third one is the overall performance during the competition

1. Dress code: The competition is a very formal occasion, so dress more formally.

2. Try to be as unscripted as possible: The prerequisite for being unscripted is that you must fully grasp what you want to say.

3. If there is a stipulated time for speaking, please finish speaking within the stipulated time. If your manuscript is too long, you need to choose the most important content that is most advantageous to you.

4. Don’t be empty-handed, but be specific and practical. That is to say, don’t go to Baidu and write it yourself. Otherwise, even if your words are fantastic, your seniors won’t take a second look and can see your attitude problem.

Actually, having said so much, the most important thing is your usual performance.

How much contribution you have made to this department, how much participation you have in this department, each of you senior students has a steelyard in their hearts.

So if you want to stay in a certain department, you must perform well. When you compete for a job, prepare carefully and that's about it.
