Main domestic materials of radome
Epoxy resin is still one of the most commonly used resin substrates for radomes. Due to the increasing performance requirements of advanced radomes, such as full frequency band, low dielectric loss, high temperature resistance and weather resistance, others such as cyanate ester resin, polyimide resin, bismaleimide resin, phenolic resin and silicone resin.
Cyanate resin is a hot research topic in China at present. It has excellent dielectric properties, high temperature resistance, low moisture absorption rate, low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent mechanical properties and adhesive properties, and good processability. Cyanate has been successfully applied to radome. In order to further modify and improve the cost performance, cyanate ester resin is usually mixed with epoxy resin. Cyanate resin epoxy resin/* * mixture is not a simple physical mixture, and there is a complicated polymerization reaction between them. Chen Ping [5] used cyanate ester to modify the epoxy resin system, which improved the dielectric properties of the modified epoxy resin system. Yin Jianbo and others [6] used epoxy resin and bismaleimide resin as modifiers to modify cyanate ester resin. The modified matrix has excellent dielectric properties, with a dielectric constant of 2.25 and a dielectric loss angle of TG δ.
