What to expect in the physical exam?

Full physical examination

(1) Asking the medical history

(2) Internal medicine: measuring blood pressure, development status, heart, lungs, liver, spleen organs and nervous system physical inspection.

(3) Surgery: Measurement of height, weight, skin, superficial lymph nodes, head and neck, thorax, abdominal wall, spine, limb joints and posture and gait examination.

(4) Otolaryngology: examination of hearing, smell, external ear, ear canal, tympanic membrane, external nose, nasal cavity, uvula, tonsils, and posterior pharyngeal wall.

(5) Oral Department: Teeth, oral mucosa, lip and palate examination.

(6) Ophthalmology: naked eye vision, corrected vision, correction power, color vision and eye disease examination.

(7) Laboratory department: alanine aminotransferase (ALT)

(8) Radiology department: chest X-ray examination (those with qualified institutions can use chest X-ray photography or Digital photography replaces chest fluoroscopy).
