3. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration

Applicants must hold personal ID card and student ID card (graduated students must provide graduation certificate and degree (photocopy of certificate), award certificate, school employment recommendation form and school approved transcript with official seal, "Guangxi Normal University Administrative Staff Application Registration Form" (see attachment 2) and personal resume (resume must provide recent full body (1 photo) and other relevant certification materials reflecting the application requirements, please register directly or by mail at the Human Resources Office of our school (other registration methods such as telephone or email are not accepted. Only copies of the above materials are required for the time being, and will be reviewed during the written test interview. Originals provided).
