Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment work of Chongqing Information Technology Vocational College in 2020.

Liberal arts, science and art can be enrolled as required. Chapter IV Admission Rules, Tuition Fees and Accommodation Standards

Article 10 Access Rules

1, in strict accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the education administrative departments of provinces (cities, autonomous regions), and adhere to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness.

2. Foreign language requirements: unlimited. After entering the school, public foreign languages will be unified into English.

3. Requirements for the ratio of male to female students: unlimited.

4. Physical health requirements: It meets the standards for freshmen's entrance physical examination stipulated in the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3).

5. Adjustment ratio: The adjustment ratio is determined according to the enrollment plans of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) and the situation of students in each province. In principle, the parallel volunteer shall not exceed 105%, and the sequential volunteers shall not exceed 120%.

6. Admission principle: The college strictly abides by the "Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment policies stipulated in relevant documents of various provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government), and follows the principle of "fair competition, fair selection and open procedures" to recruit new students on the basis of merit.

Admission order of general liberal arts candidates: for provinces (cities, districts) that implement "sequential volunteering", our school will select qualified online candidates from high scores to low scores according to the principle of priority admission of school volunteers reported by candidates; If the number of the first volunteers is insufficient, the online candidates who are not the first volunteers will be admitted until the enrollment plan is completed. For the provinces (cities, districts) that fill in "parallel volunteer", our school will implement it according to the regulations of the relevant provinces (cities, districts).

Admission order of art (fine arts) candidates: Chongqing candidates are admitted from high to low according to their professional scores after their culture and majors are online; The admission rules for art (fine arts) candidates in other enrollment provinces shall be subject to the provisions of the provincial admissions office.

(2) the way to arrange candidates' majors: arrange majors according to the principle of voluntary priority; For candidates whose professional plans are full and willing to obey the professional adjustment, the college will make arrangements in the vacant majors; Candidates who are unwilling to obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed if the professional plan is full.

(3) identify the unified examination results of arts (including music, dance, art, broadcasting and hosting) organized by the admissions departments of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).

(4) Candidates who add (drop) points according to the policy will be treated according to the scores after adding (dropping) points.

(5) If the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) have special admission principles, they shall be admitted according to the admission principles stipulated by the provinces.

7. Other precautions: there is no requirement for grade difference and no requirement for professional additional test.

Eleventh tuition and accommodation standards

1, the tuition standard of each major is 8500- 10800 yuan/year, and the specific standard is subject to the latest charging standard approved by the price department of Chongqing.

2. The accommodation fee is about 1, 000- 1, 200 yuan/year, and the specific cost depends on the type of dormitory students live in. Detailed charging standards will be publicized on the official website bulletin board of the school, the admission notice of freshmen and the registration of freshmen.

3. Regulations on Tuition Refund (Transfer): If students drop out of school or finish their studies ahead of schedule for some reason, the school will refund the remaining tuition and accommodation fees according to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Private Education Fees in Chongqing.

Article 12 Admission and review

Freshmen admitted to our college should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time specified by the college. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from the college. Those who fail to take leave or report within one week after taking leave shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education. After the new students enter the school, the college will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months. Those who fail to pass the review will be dealt with according to the situation until their school status is cancelled. During the school period, once the students admitted to the college entrance examination are found and verified, the college will deal with them in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Students have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan within the specified time, and their grades are qualified and meet the graduation conditions. They are awarded the national recognition and electronic registration of Chongqing Vocational College of Information Technology.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
