About DV shooting, what is the problem that the collected characters walk a little fuzzy?

What model is your camera?

At present, it is estimated that the electronic shutter speed of the camera is adjusted too low, generally above 1/200, and there will be no fuzzy smear.

As for the sawtooth problem you mentioned, that's because the general household DV uses interlaced scanning, and the captured video is interlaced scanning by default, while the computer monitor uses progressive scanning, so the sawtooth phenomenon may appear on the computer, but it will not appear on the TV, because the TV uses interlaced scanning like DV. In addition, if the playback software supports interlaced scanning, there will be no sawtooth phenomenon when watching the collected images on the computer.

To avoid aliasing when playing on a computer, it is necessary to make appropriate settings when collecting or editing, instead of interlaced scanning, choose progressive scanning and deinterlacing. For example, in "Sound and Shadow", click "File → Parameter Selection → Capture" and check "When capturing an image, you can avoid aliasing to a certain extent.
