I am an excellent lecturer. Preliminary review.

As a staff member of Guangdong Enterprise Training and Research Association, I am responsible for the photography of the competition, so I deeply participated in the whole competition process. As a staff member, talk about your own impressions and communicate with you.

First, the participation of players.

The Good Lecturer Competition is a public welfare activity, which lasts for half a year from the preliminary competition to the semi-final competition. Players register for free, and the host division is also obliged to provide counseling for the preliminary contestants. According to common sense, there should be many people signing up and participating in the competition, but the reality is that "it is easy to give up when it is easy to get." Nearly 100 people signed up for the audition in our division, but less than 50 players can really participate in the preliminary contest. There are more than a dozen dream tutors in our competition area, which provide free grinding venues and give full play to the advantages of the platform. Team advantages will benefit the players in this competition area, but external factors are difficult to ignite those who are not glowing inside. Once a year, the game is missed for a year.

Second, investment will pay off.

In the early stage of the competition, we organized a lot of sharpening classes, and the players who actively participated in it all achieved good results. The difference before and after grinding class is very obvious. Some players are in a hurry, don't pay enough attention to the game, and don't invest a lot of energy and time. They all made basic mistakes in the competition, which can be effectively avoided if they are well prepared.

Contestants should not rely too much on their dream instructors, but should have original opinions on their own courses, because this is your course and your work, and others just provide suggestions for improvement. If you want to go further as a trainer, but you haven't studied TTT systematically, I suggest you receive systematic training in this area first, such as intensive training courses for trainers. Why do you bring this up? Because I found that the review and summary of several players on the court are too simple, and they are all a routine, which can be adjusted in time when grinding classes.

Judging from the topics and contents of the contestants, it is obvious whether they have professional knowledge, practical experience and training experience. Ten minutes on stage, ten years off stage. This is very reasonable. Without long-term precipitation, accumulation and perfection, it is difficult to lift weights easily and perform perfectly. However, players with insufficient training experience will not last long if they don't prepare carefully, polish their courses and rely on extraordinary performance or miracles.

Third, growth is the last word.

The purpose of the contestants is to get promoted and win the national prize. There is nothing wrong with this positioning. I think it will be more meaningful if the purpose of the competition is to "surpass yourself and become an excellent trainer". Whether you can win the grand prize is only a by-product. With this positioning, you will have a good attitude before and at the competition site. Promoting learning by competition is also the goal of our division to hold a good lecturer competition. I hope this competition can help trainers grow up and realize their dreams.

Even if you lose in the competition, you can see your own shortcomings, which is of great benefit to promoting your further study and promotion. Even if the preliminary results are good, there is no need to be complacent. Players who try to catch up in the semi-finals or finals are not uncommon in previous competitions. Your field is not only in the good lecturer competition, but also in every training at work. Only by growing up in the competition and strengthening our own strength can we cope with greater challenges. This is also the biggest gain of your competition.
