Method steps:

1. Open the PS selection filter and find the first-time Color Efex. Click OK to select and apply it to the current layer, as shown. Click OK to use color Efex.

2. There are many preset effects in 2.Color Efex. Click the photo icon behind the preset, and more similar presets will be available.

3. After selecting the effect you like, you can select fine tuning on the right side of the interface of Color Efex. After fine-tuning, click OK to exit the Color Efex interface and return to PS to view the effect you selected.

4. Then select the desired effect on the left and fine-tune it on the right.
