The Comprehensive Urban Management Law Enforcement Brigade of the Western District of Yingkou City is the Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau of the Western District of Yingkou City Affiliated fully funded public institutions. In order to meet the needs of daily work, in accordance with the "Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Liaoning Province", the Yangyekou Municipal Personnel Bureau approved the open recruitment of staff to the public. 2. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Announcement

Through the "Yingkou Personnel and Talent Network" (www.ykrc.com.cn, "Xishi District Recruitment information is released on the Government Website (www.ykxs.gov.cn))

(2) Organize registration

Those who meet the conditions and are interested in applying must apply on September 9, 2009. On the 11th, go to the Party School of the Xishi District Committee of Yingkou City to register (200 meters south of the Agricultural Bank of China on Bohai Street, across from the Xishi Fire Department) and fill out the "Registration Form for Public Institution Recruiters". Applicants must bring their ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, demobilization certificate and other original certificates (with copies), and two recent one-inch bareheaded photos of the same background to register. The registration fee is 100 yuan per person.

Each applicant can only choose one recruitment position to apply for, and should fill in the information carefully and truthfully according to the recruitment requirements. The exam can only be held if the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job vacancies is not less than 2:1. When the number of applicants does not reach the 2:1 ratio for the job openings, the recruitment plan should be adjusted. The formula for adjusting the recruitment plan is: adjusted recruitment plan = number of applicants ÷ 2. If there are decimals in the number, round it off to an integer. When only one person applies for a recruitment position, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled, and candidates can apply for other recruitment positions according to the actual situation.

(3) Qualification review

The District Personnel Bureau is responsible for the qualification review of applicants. Based on the candidate’s registration information, the applicant’s ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, demobilization certificate, etc. Check original certificates and other documents to prevent and investigate cheating. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If an applicant is found to be inconsistent with the qualifications required for the position applied for, his/her qualifications will be cancelled.

(4) Written test

The written test will be held on September 20, 2009, and the location will be notified later. The subjects are "Administrative Vocational Ability Test" and "Application Theory", with a full score of 200 points. The passing score line for the written examination will be determined based on the results of the written examination.

(5) Determine the candidates for the interview

Based on the written test scores, the candidates will be selected from the candidates who passed the written test in descending order according to the ratio of 1:2 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment positions. Participate in interviews with candidates.

(6) Interview

The interview will be organized and implemented by the District Personnel Bureau. The interview mainly examines the candidate's ability and comprehensive quality in language expression ability, manners, adaptability and self-emotional control.

The full interview score is 100 points, and 60 points is considered qualified. Those who do not meet the passing score will not be hired.

(7) Total score calculation method

The written test scores and interview scores will be calculated into the total score at a ratio of 5:5. The total score of the candidate = the total score of the written test ÷ 2 × 50% + the interview score × 50%. Based on the total scores, candidates for assessment and physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment plan. Those whose overall scores are tied will be sorted from high to low by written test scores to determine the candidates for physical examination and assessment.

(8) Organize assessments and physical examinations

Conduct assessments and physical examinations for proposed personnel. The main contents of the assessment are: political and ideological performance, moral character, business ability, etc. The physical examination is carried out in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" formulated by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health, and is organized and implemented by the District Personnel Bureau.

Vacancies due to failure in assessment or physical examination, as well as voluntary abstention of candidates, etc. will not be filled.

(9) Public announcement

The candidates to be hired will be determined based on the results of the written test, interview and physical examination, and will be publicized for a period of 7 days and subject to public supervision.

Issues reported by the public during the publicity period will be investigated and dealt with in a timely manner, and those who do not meet the selection and recruitment conditions will not be hired; if there are problems that are difficult to verify for the time being, employment will be suspended.

3. Management and treatment

Those who meet the recruitment conditions after the public announcement period must fill in the "Public Recruitment Personnel Registration Form for Public Institutions" and handle relevant personnel procedures. The probation period is 6 months (one year for fresh graduates). Those who are qualified after the probation period will be formally employed, and those who are unqualified will be cancelled. Officially employed personnel enjoy the same treatment as regular personnel in public institutions.
