Shijing studio illumination
I don't know how you work in the studio, but the lights in the studio only let you see the road clearly to avoid falling, not let you illuminate. Most of the lighting in the studio is made of flash, which means that the "background light" you mentioned is actually made of flash. There are no more than five flashlights in your studio, and you are embarrassed to call it a studio.
In addition, for flash photography, I have never heard of using 1/30 shutter. This shutter is really too low. Generally, the shutter of1125 ~1/200+minimum ISO is used, so the picture quality coming out of the studio is very good. You just haven't learned to use the flash.
