After all, it is business, and buying and selling cannot be affectionate. But as long as the photographer tries to force the customer, no matter whose fault it is, it will affect your image. No matter whose fault it is, everyone will think that this photographer has many problems and will scare away potential customers.
Even if you are completely right, this influence is not good. It is not ruled out that some customers deliberately want to take advantage of it, and then find a reason for you to lose your photos and get a refund. In this case, you must refuse him in good faith, provided that you keep the evidence.
And you haven't been caught by the other party because of poor service, or there is nothing obvious wrong with the photos and technology you took. When doing business, don't publicly say that customers are not good, which will make you look like you have no sense of proportion, no pattern, bad influence and not worth sending. Just keep it in your heart.
