Regarding long bone photography, it is correct that the upper and lower joints, when the lesion is limited to one end, at least include the joints adjacent to the diseased end.

Long bone mainly refers to tubular bone, which exists in our limbs and is long and tubular. The two main positions are a body, also known as the backbone. There are also two huge epiphyses with articular cartilage errors, thus forming articular surfaces.
