Xiong'an new area, located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, China, is a state-level new district under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, including Xiongxian County, Rongcheng County, Anxin County and some surrounding areas. The starting area of xiong'an new area is about 100 square kilometers, the medium-term development area is about 200 square kilometers, and the long-term control area is about 2000 square kilometers.

Xiong Jing Intercity Railway, Jinxiong Intercity Railway, Gubao Intercity Railway and Shi Jing Intercity Railway pass through the territory, and G 18 Wurong Expressway, G02 1 1 Tianjin Expressway, G45 Daguang Expressway, S7 Jinbao Expressway and Xiong Jing Expressway run through the whole territory.

On August 30th, 20 19, xiong'an new area established Xiong 'an Area of China Pilot Free Trade Zone. 20 19 12, xiong'an new area was selected as the first batch of pilot areas for building a strong transportation country.
