Ni PMW-F55/F5 camera adopts Super35mm 4K CMOS imaging device, with 4096x2 160 effective pixels, and has the benchmark sensitivity that the same type of camera does not have: ISO 1250(F55), ISO2000(F5), with 14 aperture tolerance. F55 is equipped with a global shutter, which is more advantageous than the same type of camera when shooting high-speed moving objects or flashing objects and scenes. It can record at a variable frame rate as high as180 (f55)/120 (f5) fps, and supports direct recording of encoded RGB444 high-quality HD in the machine. F55 is the only camera that can directly record XAVC 4K (up to 600Mbps). In TV series, digital movies and large-scale activities, with its good sensitivity and convenience of on-board recording, the popularity of 4K shooting can be further enhanced. At present, the equipment has successfully realized 4K broadcast of some large-scale foreign sports events.
