Notes

Easy

Summer is the best time to ride the Sichuan-Tibet Line, but the temperature on the Sichuan-Tibet Line is not very high. 20-27, the weather is sunny, but it is also the time when the rainfall is heaviest. At this time, it is best to bring quick-drying dark clothes (it is inconvenient to wash clothes along the way); do not bring too thick clothes. It is better to bring one thick piece than two thin ones to make it easier to add or remove clothes when the temperature changes. It is best to put your clothes in waterproof pockets; cheap assault suits can only protect against light rain, but not heavy rain. It is recommended to bring a raincoat with slits.

Eating

Cycling is a strenuous task, especially long-distance riding. Not only must you learn to arrange your physical strength reasonably, but you must also supplement with adequate nutrition. Pay attention to the following points when riding and eating on the Sichuan-Tibet Line: 1. Pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables when ordering food in restaurants. Because you sweat a lot when riding a bicycle, it is best to ask the boss to add more salt; 2. Choose a clean restaurant to eat to avoid gastrointestinal problems. When ordering dishes, do not eat cold dishes, stewed dishes, pod foods and unfamiliar dishes, and it is best not to order time-consuming dishes; 3. Because the Sichuan-Tibet line is far away, sometimes it takes a day to reach the next place to eat, so Food should be replenished in time. Try to bring 2 meals of food, biscuits, ham, egg yolk pie, Shaqima, instant noodles. 4. Be sure to bring enough drinking water. If you want to save money, it is recommended to use boiled water to fill the hotel (the taste depends on the character). There were no water vendors along the way.

Alive

Accommodation on the Sichuan Line is very cheap. You can basically get it for 20-40 yuan, and the maximum is no more than 50 yuan. Some hotels can even bargain. Before you check in, you should take a look at the room. You should pay attention to whether there are extra power sockets in the room, because you will need to charge cameras, mobile phones, etc. It also depends on whether there are restrooms and toilets (some hotels do not allow showering). After checking in, be sure to choose a suitable quilt based on the temperature of the day. When the weather gets cold, ask your boss to add extra quilts to avoid catching a cold, which will not only delay your trip but also make you suffer.

Lines

Pay attention to the following points when riding: 1. If your next stop is far away, don't sleep in, get up early and leave early, and arrive before dark. Don't shout "Tashi Delek" to everyone on the street. Tibetans will not greet you first. Generally do not take the initiative to say hello and try to refuse invitations; 2. Try to pass through villages and crowded places as quickly as possible, and try not to stop and rest in these places. You know the details. If you encounter a dog that can't run, fight it to ensure your own safety; 3. Don't cut corners when encountering a tortuous back line, as the gain outweighs the loss. It's best to ride uphill. Don't ride too far away from the other person. It's best to keep the person behind you in your line of sight and look back at any time; 4. Be sure to prepare the green card from China Post in advance. The post office's working hours are generally from 9:00 to 16:00. Here, there are not as many other banks as there are post offices. However, UnionPay cards can also be used in most towns. You can take up to two or three hundred at a time, and then take it again when you have used up. You didn't bring much cash.
