The plot synopsis of The Rise and Fall of Los Angeles

Adam, a handsome boy who dreams of becoming a Hollywood star, comes to Los Angeles. Because he is unfamiliar with life, he starts working part-time in a production company and soon spends all his savings. When he was at the end of his rope, he met a prostitute and asked for a price, and finally embarked on the road of sex life with trepidation. He satisfied the lustful producer and was even tricked into taking over by a "pink" male photographer. Once Adam went to a Beverly Hills mansion to provide services to closet superstar John, and the two couldn't help but fall in love with each other. John "kept" Adam by his side in the name of hiring an assistant. And Adam, who is willing to sacrifice for love, gets lost step by step in the colorful world, experiencing ups and downs like a dream...

The film is adapted from the semi-autobiographical novel of the same name, and is revealed through the protagonist's personal experience. The beauty of Hollywood is veiled, exposing all kinds of bizarre hidden rules behind it. Director Caspar Andres maintains the efficiency of one film a year and is a gay director with great commercial value and artistic standards. His "Love and Breakup" and "Gay Musical" were both well-received and box office hits. "Floating in Los Angeles" is his new sexy masterpiece, which can be called the most entertaining gay blockbuster in 2011.
