In the 1990s, "Xinmin Evening News" celebrated the 65th anniversary of its founding and invited famous calligraphers and painters in Shanghai to hold a pen meeting. The famous calligrapher and painter Qian Juntao was the eldest one. Yun Fuming asked Qian to inscribe the name of his restaurant. Qian asked him the name of his restaurant. Yun thought: First, his friends said that his name contained too much gold and was short of water; ; Yun Nantian, the ancestor of the three, wrote a poem about lotuses, "The fragrance of lotus flowers grows in the ink rain, and the shadows of flowers in half the pond seem to be floating in the sky." I like it very much, so I call it "Moyu Zhai".

Qian Juntao pondered for a moment and said, "Okay, okay!" Then he wrote the name of the restaurant with a pen. But I can see that the writing is free and easy, the structure is high, simple and lush, just like the elegant and suave literati, and the artistic conception is wonderful. He made a plaque out of rosewood and hung it in his study. The purple-red background was inlaid with pea-green characters, which was particularly eye-catching.
