How does Nikon d7000 adjust the focus mode?

1. Select autofocus. There is a button under the model label of the machine, as shown in the figure below. You can choose auto focus or manual focus by dialing it. AF is autofocus and m is manual focus. After selecting autofocus, select AF-C mode. AF-C is a full-time servo af for shooting moving objects.
