On 12 17, a friend invited him to shoot first frost in Qifeng town. Qifeng Town is located in Zhemu Town, Yanshan District, the city. Take the No.4 bus in 2 yuan and the parking lot opposite Guilin South Railway Station, and you can get there in a few minutes. Zhemu Town Government Office is located in Wayao Road, Xiangshan District, the city.

The village houses in Qifeng town are intertwined with the garrison barracks, so the No.4 bus must be inspected and led by the barracks guards when passing through the barracks. We passed the barracks and got off at Dongshan Village. Qifeng Peak Group in Qifeng Town is located in the east, north and south of Dongshan Village. You can't take photos casually in the military camp, so it has not been developed into a tourist attraction.

We met many photographers in Dongshan village, most of whom are citizens of this city. Some people drive cars and motorcycles, others take buses. The scenic spot is in the village, and there is no market. The villagers are going to buy and sell in Zhemu Town. But almost every book of Guilin landscape photography has photos of Qifeng Town. So most people in Guilin know the landscape here.

The landscape named Qifeng Town is actually dozens of peaks in the north, east and south of Dongshan Village, most of which are stone peaks with few trees. The four seasons are twilight, rainy and foggy, and the autumn yellow in Chun Lv and the Shui Ying in Hotan at the foot of the mountain really attract many photographers and painters. I have painted several oil paintings for sale in Qifeng Town. But in winter, there are no seedlings and no water. It is the first time for me to appreciate the ethereal breath of frost morning.

Because the place is not big, the shooting range is limited. So we can go back to the city at noon. When passing through Zhemu Town block and Dacun road section, I saw huge roots piled up on the roadside, as well as huge root carvings carved by folk artists with big roots, some of which have been polished and waxed, waiting for buyers to come. Because of the financial crisis and the ban on buying and selling old and big trees, these folk root carving artists seem to have lost their scenery in recent years.
