First of all, in the "Motor Vehicle Fuel Tanker" published in 2008, the new type GB-T908 1-2008 tanker is strictly stipulated: the tanker should have good electrostatic conductivity, and the resistance of the nozzle to the ground should be less than 1 mω.

China's tankers are manufactured in strict accordance with the above standards. Each tanker has a grounding terminal on the refueling island, including every unloading point of the gas station, which will be connected to the grounding grid to quickly eliminate static electricity by means of leakage and conduction. Compared with the original ideal payment mode of 6- 10 minutes such as cash, credit card and mobile phone code scanning, the "intelligent refueling" of vehicles will improve the refueling efficiency by more than 50%.

This payment method, developed by China Petroleum Planning Institute, was first introduced in Shanghai 15 PetroChina gas station, and it is expected to be fully introduced in Shanghai and promoted nationwide after it has formed a demonstration effect. This relatively novel way is at the forefront of the industry. In the future, more and more sales companies will try it out and promote it.
