Located on the shore of Baiqi Lake in quanzhou taiwanese investment zone, it is also known as Maritime Silk Road Art Park and Asia Park, or Hayes Art Park for short.

This art park is the main position of the theme park activities of the 14th Asian Art Festival and the 2nd Maritime Silk Road International Art Festival, and it is also the first large-scale art park with the theme of "Hayes" in China and even in the world.

According to the plan, the Asian Garden covers an area of 1069 mu, with the theme of interconnection, cultural integration and economic development and the ancient Maritime Silk Road as the thread, fully displaying the history, civilization, art and life customs of Asian countries along the Hayes coast. Maritime Silk Road Art Park starts from the north-south main road in the west, east to Xingxiu Road, north to the east-west main road, and south to Wei Hui No.1 Road. Xinglang Road runs through the north and south, dividing the whole site into two areas: east and west. From the perspective of cultural landscape pattern, the Maritime Silk Road Art Park is dominated by Hayes culture, and the Asian Park will introduce famous works according to the artistic and cultural characteristics of each region, forming four cultural areas: East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia and West Asia.
