The new policy of Inner Mongolia Art Examination in 2024 is as follows:

1. These majors no longer belong to the enrollment majors of art candidates. In 2024, only general candidates can apply.

Undergraduate majors such as art history, art management, intangible cultural heritage protection, drama, film research, drama, film and television literature, radio and television director, film and television technology in colleges and universities do not organize professional ability examinations (with reference to the implementation of specialist majors), and arrange ordinary enrollment, only according to culture.

2. These majors are no longer the enrollment majors of art candidates, but belong to sports.

Aerobics, cheerleading and other sports are included in the physical education examination, and it is not allowed to enroll students through the art examination.

3. The state gradually unifies the categories of candidates and integrates seven categories, six of which are unified by the province.

Art majors that organize vocational ability examinations are divided into seven categories: music, dance, performance, broadcasting and hosting, art design, calligraphy and drama.

Among them, the provincial-level unified examinations of six subjects, namely music, dance, performance, broadcasting and hosting, art and design, and calligraphy, are organized and implemented by the whole province.

It is not clear whether there is a unified provincial drama organization. The enrollment measures for drama majors shall be formulated separately according to the work arrangement of the Ministry of Education.
