3. The first producer in China submitted the script, the opinions of the provincial radio and television departments on the script and other related materials to the co-production company;

Four. Co-production of the company's first-instance script and related materials and report to the China film authorities;

Five, China film authorities approved the cooperative film project and issued a shooting license;

10. If the film needs overseas post-production, the first producer in China will apply to the co-production company for overseas post-production of the co-production;
