To the west of the observation deck is the 3000-square-meter "Linfeng Lake". There are two small islands in the center of Linfeng Lake. Lotus is planted near the island, which is called "Lotus Island", and the other island is called "Waterbird Island". It has caused a very scarce living environment near water in the north. The depth of the lake is about 160cm, but it is 50 cm in the surrounding 4m range, which increases the safety. In the west, Cao Xian Garden is a closed space composed of low walls and wooden frames. Most of the wooden frames are surrounded by paulownia and fatong. This is the "Tong Yuan" scenic spot, which is connected with a Little Square. There are wooden chairs, grey walls and other leisure facilities around, which increases the artistic conception of China classicism. On the south side of the lake, there are many primitive trees on the plot, including weeping willows, Populus euphratica and other tree species, all of which are mature trees, making the whole park more ecological and natural.

In LAM Raymond Garden, there are mountains and waters, and there are different beautiful landscapes all year round. LAM Raymond Garden is expected to be initially completed in July 2007.

Jinyu's Fenglinzhou is divided into two parts, east and west, which are very similar to the two small islands in the legendary Fenglinzhou. The east area is dominated by 9-story board buildings, and the west area is dominated by 4.5-story villas. The facade design of the east and west areas is a modern and simple architectural style. The building is designed with a sloping roof, which is strewn at random, forming a beautiful skyline. The combination of reddish-brown tiles, gray tiles and gray roofs is beautiful and elegant in color, which contains the heritage of China traditional culture.

In terms of planning and design, the West District adopts an "open" design mode, and the whole building is arranged regularly, forming an open space between buildings, which can make the sunshine and vision more transparent and maximize the use of environmental resources. The west area includes a flat building with a floor of 10 and eight overlapping buildings. The slab building is divided into two bedrooms of 120 square meters, three bedrooms of 150 square meters and four bedrooms of 170 square meters, with staggered floor design and empty top floor. There is a small semicircular water system next to the square, with a spring at one end, and the water flows from high to low. Although the water system is not large, the flowing design makes the landscape of the whole eastern district full of aura.

The closed garden in the east area has also been micro-topographically treated, forming a patchwork landscape, and at the same time, with the flower racks and winding paths leading to a secluded place, it has created a very comfortable living environment. Increase the natural ecological sense of the whole garden.

There are three banlou in the east area. The middle unit of Building 3 1 10 m2, and the side unit 1 15 m2. North-South permeability, staggered floor design. The three-bedroom apartment next to it belongs to Wei Ming, and the top floor is empty. The second section of Building 2# is a one-bedroom building with an east-west direction and an area of about 70 square meters. 1 section is designed with staggered floors in the north-south direction. The middle apartment is two bedrooms, about 100 square meter, and the side apartment is three bedrooms, about 120 square meter. 1# building is divided into area A and area B. Area B is split-level design, with transparent north and south, and the top floor is vacant. The main apartment is a two-bedroom apartment with 100 square meter, and some three-bedroom apartments are 1 10 square meter.

Section A is dominated by small apartments, with a 40-square-meter apartment and a 70-square-meter apartment facing south, east and west respectively. They are independent kitchens and bathrooms, which are not only suitable for their own living, but also have good investment value.
