Admission of Nanjing Normal University over the years
In postgraduate enrollment, due to the limitation of enrollment plan, some candidates cannot be arranged for a second interview or cannot be admitted after the second interview. For these candidates, the admissions unit will be responsible for transferring all their materials to the second volunteer unit in time, which is called graduate adjustment.

There are many ways to adjust.
1. Go to the tutor of the school you applied for and ask him if there is any hope of getting in. If there is no hope, let him recommend a tutor to you, or see if he can adjust at school.
Ask teachers and colleagues around to see if there is any relevant information, or if anyone is willing to recommend one to you.
3. Check the telephone number of the graduate school of the relevant school and call tirelessly until someone accepts you.
There are many ways, it's hard to say clearly.
Looking for a teacher now generally won't get a clear answer, but you must look for it, and be careful not to bring gifts when looking for it.
First of all, find the laboratory where the teacher is, find the brothers and sisters who are doing experiments there, and explain the purpose. It would be best if they could meet an enthusiastic fellow villager, and specifically ask when the tutor can come to work, the teacher's scientific research and other aspects. Then, when the tutor comes, talk to the tutor. The general procedure is: introduce yourself, which school you graduated from, what your major is, the school major you applied for in Yuan Xian County, and the results of various subjects. I want to take his postgraduate exam, and I don't know if the teacher can accept me. Next, the average tutor will continue your words.
Keep reading like this until a tutor or school says you can go for an interview, so congratulations, you are almost there.
This process is a very uncomfortable process. Be thick-skinned and be mentally prepared. Some teachers are not very polite, so be patient. If you are opportunistic with that tutor and he doesn't want to accept you, don't forget to ask him to recommend one to you.
Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination results designated by the state and are qualified for re-examination but have no opportunity for re-examination in the first voluntary school can convey their relevant information and brief introduction to institutions with insufficient students in related majors. After examination, the school will issue an interview notice to qualified candidates and a Notice of File Adjustment to the first voluntary school of candidates. Candidates enter the school after passing the re-examination.
How to adjust colleges and universities
In the process of receiving transfer students, the research and recruitment office is mainly responsible for receiving candidates' applications for transfer to other schools, and transferring them to relevant colleges, which will conduct assessment and issue a re-examination notice. Qualified candidates will be reported to the research and recruitment office by the colleges. Candidates can also contact the college directly if they know the vacancy information and contact information of the college or major.
Adjustment standard in colleges and universities
The specific criteria for accepting transfer students vary from school to school. Generally speaking, because the examination questions of each school are different, in addition to requiring candidates to have the re-examination qualifications stipulated by the state, it is generally required that there are two subjects in the unified entrance examination that are exactly the same as the adjustment major, and the two professional examination subjects are the same or similar. Generally speaking, the transfer from one major to another is possible if the above conditions are met, but the probability is not great.
Notice of the Provincial Department of Education on printing and distributing the measures for the enrollment of art majors in ordinary colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province in 2007
Municipalities and counties (cities, districts) Admissions Committees, Education Bureaus and relevant universities:
According to the spirit of "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Art Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2007" (No.200610 of the Education Department), combined with the reality of our province, the "Measures for the Enrollment of Art Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province in 2007" is formulated. It is issued to you, please follow it.
December 31st, 2006
Measures of Jiangsu Province for the Enrollment of Art Majors in Colleges and Universities in 2007
In order to strengthen the organization and management of the entrance examination for art majors in our province, standardize the examination for art majors organized by some universities inside and outside the province, uniformly manage the professional examinations set by universities outside the province in our province, and earnestly do a good job in the enrollment of art majors in ordinary colleges and universities in our province, these measures are formulated.
I. Registration
Those who meet the requirements of enrollment in colleges and universities this year and have certain artistic expertise can apply for the exam.
Second, the enrollment brochure
Admissions colleges and universities should formulate enrollment brochures for art majors in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, which should include the types of running schools, the subjects and requirements of professional examinations, the time and place of professional examinations, the annual enrollment plan, admission rules and tuition standards. Colleges and universities should provide enrollment brochures to Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute before June 20th, 2007. At the same time, it will be announced to the public in an appropriate way.
Third, the art professional examination
The entrance examination for art majors in colleges and universities consists of two parts: the art major examination and the national cultural examination.
In 2007, our province implemented the unified examination for music and art majors (hereinafter referred to as the "provincial unified examination"). Other art majors are organized by relevant institutions (hereinafter referred to as "school examinations").
(A) the provincial unified examination
1. Examination form
The provincial unified examination takes the form of unified proposition, centralized examination and unified marking (interview) score in the province.
2. Examination subjects
(1) Music category:
① Basic music: solfeggio (interview), hearing training and basic knowledge of music theory (written test), full score 130.
② Main test subjects: vocal music or instrumental music, choose any one. If two items are selected, the one with high score will be the main test subject, and the other will be automatically reduced to the additional test subject. The form of the examination is interview, and the full score of the main examination subjects is 260 points.
Vocal or instrumental examination requires candidates to report three songs or two pieces of music before the examination. During the examination, the examinee chooses one of the two, and the computer examination system randomly chooses the other as the examination track. The total singing time of two songs is no more than 5 minutes, and the total playing time of two music is no more than 8 minutes.
③ Additional test subjects: vocal music or instrumental music (the additional test subjects must be different from the main test subjects), and the test form is interview, with a full score of 20 points.
Basic music and main subjects are compulsory, and additional subjects can be selected by candidates according to their own conditions. The total score of major is 4 10.
(2) Art category:
① Sketch (4 sheets of paper, half-length dictation and provide relevant photos for reference).
(2) color (4 open drawing paper, still life dictation).
The above subjects are required, with a full score of 150 and a total professional score of 300.
3. Test site setting, candidate information confirmation, registration and test time
(1) test center settings
(1) The unified examination for the music province is only in Nanjing Normal University.
(2) The examination centers in fine arts provinces are located in six universities, including Nanjing Art Institute, Nanjing Normal University, Suzhou University, Yangzhou University, Xuzhou Normal University and Yancheng Institute of Technology (see Annex 1 for the setting of examination centers and the division of examination areas).
(2) Candidates confirm the professional examination information.
Music candidates went to Nanjing Normal University on March 1-2, 2007 to confirm the professional examination information and pay the examination fee; On March 2007 10- 1 1, art candidates went to the corresponding unified examination center in the city where the candidates registered to confirm the professional examination information and pay the examination fee.
(3) Registration and examination time
① Registration time for music candidates: March 9, 2007-10; Examination time: March 1 1 written test, March 12-3 1 interview (regardless of the initial test and retest).
② Registration time for art candidates: March 23-24, 2007; Examination time: March 25th (regardless of the initial examination and re-examination).
(3) Candidates must report to the designated test center on time, and submit their identity cards and the notice of the 2007 Jiangsu Art Professional Examination. Colleges and universities in test sites arrange test time for candidates, randomly arrange examination rooms and issue admission tickets. Candidates take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket, and will not make up the exam after the deadline.
4. Organizational and management requirements
(1) Organization and leadership
The unified examination for art majors is an important part of the college entrance examination, so it is necessary to strengthen leadership and strict management. The unified examination leading group for art majors in Jiangsu Province is responsible for leading and supervising the unified examination for art majors in Jiangsu Province. The leader of the leading group is the director in charge of the Provincial Department of Education, and the deputy leader is the person in charge of the provincial education examination institute, relevant testing universities and discipline inspection and supervision units of the Provincial Department of Education.
Colleges and universities with unified test sites must attach great importance to professional examinations and set up test site examination committees. The examination committee of the test center is headed by the person in charge of the school, with the professional departments and the Admissions Office as the main body, the discipline inspection and supervision departments responsible for supervision, and all relevant departments of the school participating in the cooperation. Under the unified deployment of the provincial unified examination leading group, * * * will organize the implementation of the examination work of this test center. The organization and management of the examination must be carried out in strict accordance with the detailed rules for the implementation of the examination of art majors in ordinary colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province (issued separately). During the examination period, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will send inspectors to each test center to inspect and supervise the unified examination work.
(2) Proposition
Relevant experts and scholars are organized by the Education Examinations Institute of our province to make propositions under closed conditions.
The content of the proposition is based on the General College Entrance Examination for Art Majors in Jiangsu Province in 2007 and the syllabus and teaching materials of music or art courses in middle schools, and combined with the enrollment and teaching needs of higher art majors, it focuses on examining the basic knowledge, basic skills and comprehensive application ability of candidates in art learning.
(3) Marking (interview) score
The Education Examinations Institute of our province organized experts from relevant universities in the whole province to form a jury, adopted a closed management mode, and used the computer network-aided marking system of the college entrance examination for art majors in Jiangsu Province to mark papers (interviews).
(4) The admissions offices of cities and counties (cities, districts) in our province are responsible for issuing the "Report Card of Provincial Unified Examination Candidates for Art Majors" to candidates.
(2) School examination
1. College entrance examination in the province
Non-provincial unified examination majors recruited by relevant universities in the province are organized by the enrollment universities themselves.
Eight majors, including painting (excluding calligraphy), art design, industrial design, fashion design and engineering (fashion design), photography, drama, film and television art design, musicology (music education) and musicology (art management), participated in the provincial unified examination, and other majors were still organized by the college.
2. Examination of art majors in colleges and universities outside the province
(1)3 1 The professional examinations of independent undergraduate course art colleges are organized by the colleges. At the same time, inform candidates that they do not need to take the provincial unified examination for music or art majors organized by our province. Colleges and universities require candidates to take the provincial unified examination and pass the examination, and candidates shall handle it according to the requirements of colleges and universities.
According to the spirit of the Letter of the Ministry of Education on Agreeing to the Admission Methods of Art Majors in Tsinghua University and Other Five Universities in 2007 (Jiao Si Fa [2006]120), the enrollment of art majors in five universities such as Tsinghua University, China Communication University, Minzu University of China, Donghua University and Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology is implemented with reference to the enrollment methods of art majors in independent art colleges.
(2) The undergraduate majors recruited by other colleges and universities are the same as those in our province, so it is recommended to use the results of the unified examination in our province. Those who use the results of the unified examination in our province must apply to Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute before June 20, 2007, and explain it in our enrollment brochure.
If the college entrance examination is really necessary, it must be reported to Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute for the record before June 20, 2007. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of art majors in 2007 and the spirit of the Notice on Printing and Distributing (Jiaogao [1998] No.8), those who have majors in musicology (music education), painting (Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, mural painting), art (art education) and art design in our province are required to take the school entrance examination.
(3) Private colleges, independent colleges, and higher vocational (junior college) majors with the same or similar results in the unified examination in our province must use the results in our province. If the special majors not involved in the unified examination in our province need to be examined by the school, they must be reported to Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute for approval before they can take the professional examination for candidates in our province. Otherwise, our province will not recognize its professional examination results, and the remaining problems arising therefrom will be handled by the enrollment colleges themselves.
(4) According to the spirit of "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Art Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2007", except for five colleges such as 365, 438+0 independent undergraduate course Art Colleges and Tsinghua University, other undergraduate colleges can set up offices across provinces to organize school examinations. In principle, they only set up offices in their own places to organize school examinations. If there are special circumstances, we must set up an office in our province to organize school examinations. The examination center setting and examination management in colleges and universities outside Jiangsu Province are carried out in accordance with the spirit of the Notice of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for the Examination of Art Majors in Colleges and Universities Outside Jiangsu Province. The time and place of the professional school examination shall be determined by the relevant enrollment institutions themselves and announced to the public in the form of "Admissions Guide".
Private colleges, independent colleges and higher vocational colleges can only organize professional examinations unrelated to majors in the provincial-level unified examinations where the schools are located.
3. Identify qualified candidates for professional school examinations.
According to the documents of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment institutions that implement the professional school examination must strictly adhere to the professional selection criteria.
(1) Ordinary colleges and universities outside the province determine that the number of qualified students in each major examination is generally not more than 4 times of the enrollment plan of the art major of the school; The number of qualified candidates in colleges and universities that organize their own examinations in the province can be controlled within 4 times of the enrollment plan, and the number of qualified candidates in other majors must be strictly controlled within 3 times of the enrollment plan.
(2) The scores of qualified candidates in the college entrance examination must be submitted to Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute before April 15, 2007 according to the requirements in Annex 2. The Education Examinations Institute of our province conducts audit according to the number of college enrollment plans and the prescribed proportion. If the number of qualified professionals determined by the enrollment institutions exceeds the prescribed standards, our province will not recognize more than some low-scoring candidates, and the resulting problems will be handled by the relevant enrollment institutions. At that time, Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute will publish the list of qualified candidates on Jiangsu Admissions Network (www.jszs.net). The professional examination certificate shall be sent (sent) to the candidates by the enrollment institutions in time.
(3) Measures to deal with illegal candidates in professional examinations.
1. The provincial unified examination for art majors is an integral part of the national unified education examination. Candidates who are found to have violated the rules in the provincial unified examination shall be dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (OrderNo. 18 of the Ministry of Education), and the facts of violations of candidates shall be recorded in the integrity electronic file of the college entrance examination.
2. For the candidates who are found to have violated the rules in the school examination, the relevant test center units and enrollment institutions should report to Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of Annex 3, and the Education Examinations Institute of our province will cancel its artistic professional qualification in the current year according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and record the violation facts in its college entrance examination integrity electronic file.
Four, the provincial admission minimum control score marking method
The calculation of cultural examination scores of art candidates is the same as that of ordinary students, in which 100% of math scores are included in the total score.
The Provincial College Admissions Committee will comprehensively consider and determine the minimum admission control scores of professional and cultural provinces according to the number of enrollment plans in each batch and the examination results of candidates.
With the approval of the Ministry of Education, five universities, including 365, 438+0 independent undergraduate course Art Colleges and Tsinghua University, can draw their own minimum control scores for the admission of art undergraduate majors and cultures, and report them to the provincial education examination institute for the record before admission.
For other colleges and universities inside and outside the province, the Provincial College Admissions Committee shall determine the minimum control score for admission to professional and cultural provinces according to the number of enrollment plans in each batch and the examination results of candidates.
The minimum control score line for provincial admission and the qualification line for volunteering in public (undergraduate), private and independent colleges (undergraduate) in advance for art classes will be announced to the public before candidates fill in the college entrance examination volunteers.
V batch setting and voluntary reporting
The enrollment colleges and universities should announce the admission principles and methods announced in the enrollment brochure to the candidates and the society in the form of enrollment regulations before May 20, 2007, and report them to our province for the record.
In 2007, our province continued to implement the method of filling in the college entrance examination volunteers after informing the candidates of the results of the college entrance examination, announcing the number of candidates in each score section, announcing the minimum control scores of each batch in the province and filling in the volunteer qualification line. Candidates fill in the college entrance examination volunteers twice. The first time I filled in the college entrance examination volunteers was in late June. This time, they filled in batches of public (undergraduate) and private and independent colleges (undergraduate) in advance. Candidates who have not been admitted to the above-mentioned batch of colleges and universities and have reached the prescribed scores will fill in the college entrance examination volunteers for the second time at the end of July. This time, they will fill in the batch volunteers of art higher vocational colleges (specialties).
Candidates who pass the provincial professional unified examination can fill in the colleges and universities in or outside the province that use the results of the provincial unified examination.
Candidates who have passed the professional school examination can only fill in the volunteers of the institutions that have passed the school examination, and their professional examination results are invalid for other institutions in principle.
Art candidates can also apply for various batches of volunteers in the general category (except for early admission batches in the general category and sports category).
Candidates should carefully choose the colleges and majors to fill in according to the requirements of colleges and majors for candidates' elective subjects and the candidates' physical examination conclusions.
This year, according to the different examination methods, art majors in our province are divided into three types: traditional college volunteers, parallel college volunteers and college volunteers. The admission batch is set to three batches and eight small batches.
1. Public (undergraduate) art classes are approved in advance.
(1) Batch 1: For 3/kloc-0 art colleges in independent undergraduate course, 5 colleges including Tsinghua University, and "21/engineering" colleges, the art undergraduate majors are set up voluntarily by traditional colleges.
(2) The second batch: to set up parallel colleges and universities voluntarily for the art undergraduate majors in colleges and universities inside and outside the province admitted by the results of the provincial unified examination.
(3) The third batch: the traditional voluntary setting of colleges and universities will be implemented for the art undergraduate majors approved in advance by other colleges and universities except the art (undergraduate) 1 batch.
2. Art classes are advanced in batches of private and independent colleges (undergraduate).
(1) Batch 1: For art undergraduate majors admitted by universities inside and outside the province using the results of the provincial unified examination, parallel colleges are set up voluntarily.
(2) The second batch: the traditional voluntary setting of colleges and universities is implemented for the art undergraduate majors tested in colleges and universities.
3. Art higher vocational (specialist) batches.
(1) Batch 1: For 3 1 independent undergraduate course Art College and Tsinghua University and other five colleges and universities, traditional colleges and universities set up art majors voluntarily.
(2) The second batch: to set up parallel colleges and universities voluntarily for the art majors in colleges and universities inside and outside the province admitted by the results of the provincial unified examination.
(3) The third batch: Except for 1 batch of higher vocational colleges, the traditional voluntary setting of art majors tested by other colleges is implemented.
After public (undergraduate), private and independent colleges (undergraduate) and higher vocational colleges (junior college) are admitted in batches in advance, 1 college is set up to collect volunteers. Candidates can only choose one of the traditional colleges or parallel colleges to fill in their volunteers.
The principle of setting college volunteers is as follows: traditional college volunteers are set for colleges and majors that use the results of school examinations, that is, one or two college volunteers are set for each admission batch, and each college volunteer contains four professional volunteers. 1 majors are subject to volunteers; Parallel colleges should be set up for the colleges and majors that use the results of the provincial unified examination, that is, each admission batch includes 3 colleges, A, B and C, and each college volunteer includes 4 professional volunteers, 1 professional volunteer.
Before July 1 2007, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will send the scores of the first volunteer candidates in the 1 batch of colleges and universities who applied for art in advance to the relevant colleges and universities through the e-mail provided by the corresponding colleges and universities (see Annex 4 for specific measures). Please download them in time. At the same time, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will send the corresponding text to the corresponding universities through EMS for reference when the relevant universities make pre-admission plans. Formal admission will be based on online admission of electronic files of candidates downloaded from computer systems.
Sixth, enrollment.
(1) Filing and access measures
1. Universities that use the results of the provincial unified examination for music majors. Candidates whose cultural and professional achievements have reached the minimum control score of provincial admission are admitted according to the principle that their total professional scores do not exceed 65438+ 0.20% of the number of enrollment plans, and they are admitted in parallel colleges according to the principle of "giving priority to their total professional scores and volunteering".
2 colleges and universities that use the results of the provincial unified examination for fine arts majors. Candidates whose cultural and professional achievements have reached the minimum control score of provincial admission shall be admitted according to the sum of their total cultural and professional achievements not exceeding 0.20% of the number of enrollment plans of 65,438, and admitted according to the principle of "giving priority to the sum of their total cultural and professional achievements and following the will" in parallel colleges, and the candidates who are enrolled in the archives shall be selected on the basis of merit.
3. Candidates who apply for the professional college entrance examination (except the undergraduate art majors of 3 1 independent undergraduate course Art Colleges and Tsinghua University and other five colleges) are admitted according to the minimum control score of the corresponding provinces, and the files are adjusted according to the proportion of candidates' volunteers and the files proposed by the colleges. Colleges and universities should independently enroll candidates according to the pre-determined admission rules and standards in the enrollment regulations and related enrollment policies.
(2) About remote online admission
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, in 2007, the enrollment of art majors in our province continued to implement computer remote online admission. The computer software used is uniformly distributed by the Ministry of Education. For related technical questions, please contact the Network Information Center of Provincial Education Examinations Institute. The telephone number is 025-83232283.
