Experience of photography captain of Xiangyang internship team

The days of going to the countryside soon passed by half. First of all, my feeling is that the news photography group is both a very busy group and an incomprehensible group, and all the fatigue and suffering have never been borne by one person.

Every night before I go to work, I will arrange the work content for the next day, such as what classes to take and what press releases and tweets to write the next day. As far as I know, many practice teams work until early morning every day. Personally, I think they didn't arrange their work well, which led to working so late, and then they told the public that the news photography team had to stay up late, so that members of our own team didn't understand us and thought that we didn't stay up late, that is, we didn't have a job, and sometimes they even said behind our backs that we didn't do enough work. All this is silently undertaken by our news photography team. They didn't see that we were serious and responsible for our work, that we gave up our nap time to go to work, and that when they were lying in bed playing with their mobile phones, we were desperately trying to catch up with press releases and manuscripts. These, they can't see.

Every morning, I lift my computer and go to the science and technology activity room to start my day's work. My arrangement is that one team member is responsible for taking photos, and one team member is in class and writing press releases. At this time, another team member began to design tweets, and I also want to count and review the press releases that have been passed. So we face the computer day after day and do our work. On the second day when I went to the countryside, my computer was too hot and broke down, so I had to borrow computers from other players everywhere, because there were four people in our news photography team, and my broken computers were only three. If a computer breaks down, basically we can't finish our work. Except that the computer is broken, because facing the computer for a long time, my shoulder hurts like a needle. I feel dizzy every night and can't see clearly.

In the news photography group, I have to bear psychological and physical pressure every day, but I have also learned a lot. For example, I know how to write a press release, and I also know many websites and ways to contribute. The tweets are getting better and better every day; I am getting more and more familiar with computers. I believe my team members are making progress bit by bit. In fact, before going to the countryside, I thought we would be a very disharmonious group, but after so many days, I think we are the most United group. I am very satisfied with the performance of the team members and happy with their progress. I firmly believe that we will do better.

In the following days, I will not relax. I will try my best to finish my work as I did at the beginning. I will work with my team members to make the photojournalism team better than other practice teams. I believe that we are no worse than others, and we have our own way of living. Why look up to others?
