Matters needing attention in the 9th China (Guangzhou) International Automobile Exhibition.

In view of the unprecedented scale of Guangzhou Auto Show, the total amount of electricity available in each exhibition hall of the exhibition hall is limited. Therefore, the electricity consumption of this exhibition relative to each booth is uniformly limited as follows:

For special booths in each museum, the exhibition area is limited to 400 amps within 1 1,000 square meters (including 1 1,000 square meters) (the starting point for electricity consumption exceeding 400 amps is 1 1,000 square meters).

All exhibitors and their agents, builders or service providers must declare their electricity consumption within the scope of these regulations. If the electricity consumption exceeds the standard, the General Assembly will not guarantee normal power supply.

Electricity demand only accepts written application in advance. Multi-purpose sockets such as wiring boards are not allowed during the exhibition. A 50% fee will be charged for replacing, moving or canceling the electrical box. 1. Exhibitors shall abide by relevant national laws such as intellectual property rights. All exhibits involving trademarks, patents and copyrights must obtain legal patent certificates or license contracts and bring them to the exhibition.

2. All commercial or promotional activities can only be carried out in exhibitors' booths. If you distribute any product catalogue, brochures, souvenirs or similar items, you shall not distribute promotional materials whose contents are not related to the exhibitors' products.

3. Exhibitors shall not disturb visitors or other exhibitors in the venue.

4. Non-exhibitors are forbidden to conduct any trading or publicity activities in the venue. If you find such a situation, please inform the organizer immediately.

5. Exhibitors should strictly abide by the fire safety regulations and take all fire prevention measures to ensure public safety.

6. Exhibitors shall be responsible for compensation if they damage the venue facilities or third-party articles.

7. Exhibitors must abide by the construction progress. If the booth needs to be repaired or changed in design, it can be reported to the organizer for approval before 15: 00 every afternoon, and it can only be carried out after overtime formalities.

8. If the exhibitor doesn't agree with the media or commercial photographers to take photos, he can put a sign prohibiting photography in the booth.
