Hebei Photographers Association Membership Rules

(Effective from 2065438+65438+1 in October of 2004)

Article 1 In order to standardize the management and service of the Association to individual members, these Detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the Articles of Association of Hebei Photographers Association. Article 2: Individual members who apply to join the club must have a score of 10 or above. Article 3: Membership procedures for individual members 1. Applicants should fill in the membership application form carefully, and submit it to the office meeting of the chairman of the Provincial Photographers Association for approval after being recommended by the city photographers association and group members. 2. There must be two members of the Provincial Photographers Association as introducers and sign their opinions. 3. At the same time as submitting the application form for membership, submit the relevant certification materials (photocopies) and points (awards, selection and publication of works) of my 8 photographic works. 4. Due to special reasons, if it is impossible to submit the application for membership through the City Photographers Association, the group members can submit the application for membership directly to the Provincial Photographers Association after being introduced and signed by two directors of the Provincial Photographers Association. 5. Individuals who have made great achievements or influences can directly submit the membership application form to the Hebei Photographers Association after being introduced and signed by the members of the presidium of the Hebei Photographers Association. Article 4: Examination and Approval of Individual Members The office of the President of Hebei Photographers Association is responsible for the examination and approval of new members. The procedures are as follows: 1. Members of municipal photographers' associations and groups have the right to return or require the applicant to submit supplementary materials after strict examination of the application materials received according to the membership rules and membership points standards. 2. Eligible applicants have been approved by the office of the Chairman of Hebei Photographers Association and officially become members of Hebei Photographers Association. 3. In principle, the office of the chairman of the Provincial Photographers Association will examine and approve new members at the end of each quarter, four times a year. Article 5 The Hebei Photographers Association shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Detailed Rules.
