Installation of metallographic microscope

(1) After unpacking, remove all packaging, check whether it is damaged during transportation, raise the packaging bottom plate and the whole machine, and lift it from below Use a wrench to remove the two bolts, and then move the entire machine to the work surface;

(2) Loosen the mirror body locking screw, rotate the trinocular head or binocular head to face the front of the instrument, and then Tighten the locking screw. Install the objective lens into the converter in sequence;

(3) Remove the dust cover of the eyepiece tube and insert the eyepieces into the eyepiece tube respectively;

(4) Install the light box and put Plug the power plug of the light box into the power outlet of the main body;

(5) Installation of the imaging system: When capturing images, pull the photography push rod outward. Adjust the intensity of the light as needed;

(6) Connect the power cord to the matching power socket;

(7) Turn on the power switch and check whether the instrument is operating normally;

(8) After the inspection is completed, it can be operated and used.

Note: When installing or removing the objective lens, the stage needs to be raised to avoid touching the lens.
