How to make depth of field effect with VRay solid camera? Method of making depth of field effect with VRay physical camera

Vray renderer has ray tracing and global illumination, which can replace Max's original linear scanning renderer. Mainly used in interior, architecture, landscape design and other industries, and can be matched with 3dsMax, Maya, Sketchup, Rhino, Revit and other software. If you are inefficient, stagnant or don't know where to start when learning VRay by yourself, and you are worried about detours and wasting time, then you must take a look at "3dmax2020 Rendering Map VRay Rendering PS Later Panorama Course", which will help you solve all these problems!

Method of making depth of field effect with VRay physical camera

In order to open the scene file, we need to simulate a depth of field effect. In the previous case, we explained that we can use the target camera below the camera to create and set the depth of field effect. Here we use another camera to operate. We switch the object to VRay, select the VR physical camera, click on the VR physical camera to create in the scene, set its specific location, and set the target point on a key on the keyboard, so that this key is the clearest when rendering.

Next, select a camera and click Modify. Shutter size 100, focal length 250, aperture coefficient 6, vertical correction 0.22, horizontal correction 0, shutter speed 1.4, and photosensitive speed 400.

When we need to render, we will find that the picture has no depth of field effect. At this time, we need to put it down. Under "Leaf Number", we check that its leaf number is 5. Under "Sampling", we check the depth of field and set its subdivision value to 10.

After setting, we don't need to set the camera parameters under the renderer, just press the shortcut key C to switch to the camera view, open the security box of Shift+F key, and click Render to view the final depth of field effect.
