Safety failure of members' hoisting personnel:

Matters needing attention during installation:

2. Improve the metal structure of the billboard. After the hoisting is in place, the ground personnel will adjust the orientation of the billboard. At the end of the fixed point, the welder ascends the upper end of the column for welding operation.
