abstract
He Feng, a senior three girl from Paulownia Tree Middle School 17, is a very rebellious student and especially likes to play with knives. The emptiness and cold of a single-parent family made her even more indifferent. There was a burly Bao Jingsheng who changed jobs. As soon as he came back, he challenged Tao Tao, the boy He Feng liked, but for some reason, Tao Tao didn't accept the challenge. Ali, a rich boy who has been protected by Tao Tao, was forced to follow Bao Jingsheng. Tao Tao's weakness disappointed He Feng, so they broke up. Tao Tao fell in love with Eva, a talented girl in her class. Feng, jealous and sad, turned and pounced on Bao Jingsheng's arms. He Feng and Bao Jingsheng were punished by the school because they missed the mid-term exam. Bao Jingsheng was expelled from school, but he refused to leave. With the support of the head teacher, Tao Tao and Bao Jingsheng finally confronted each other, and Tao Tao finally won. Disappointed Bao Jingsheng stole He Feng's knife, held He Feng hostage, and was finally arrested ... The hero He Feng has always admired the legendary upright and brave Ferras, and turned the enemy into invisible again and again with extraordinary courage and endless wisdom, but in reality, the knife hurt its owner.
Director profile
Lv Le. China cinematographer, admitted to the Photography Department of Beijing Film Academy from 65438 to 0978. 1982, Lv Le is one of the photographers of the graduation work Red Elephant. Through the lens, Lv Le fully demonstrated the magnificent scenery of the southwest tropical jungle and the unique folk customs of ethnic minorities. In particular, the ability to use the lens to construct stories has reached a high level, and movies have had a certain impact on society. Lv Le began to make his mark in the film industry. 1984, Lv Le once again cooperated with Hou Yong as a photographer for the film "Hunting Ground Zasa". There are not many lines in this film, and the film language plays a leading role in the film. Some experts spoke highly of the photography technology of this film, which marked that Lv Le began to step into the ranks of first-class photographers. After shooting Zasa in Hunting Ground, Lv Le was lucky enough to be selected by Evans, a world-renowned Dutch documentary master, as one of the photography jobs of The Wind. Although Evans didn't choose Lv Le's works in the end, through this cooperation, Lv Le began to accept the advanced western film thinking mode. After 1985, Lv Le successively filmed Pure Land, Godly Bodhisattva and other films, and served as the director and photographer of the documentary Nujiang-The Lost Canyon, which won the grand prize of the Paris Anthropology Film Festival.
Tokyo won the prize.
Thirteen Paulownia is Lv Le's third directorial work, which is adapted from He Dacao's novel Knife. This film has attracted the attention of China filmmakers at several important international film festivals, including Tokyo and Berlin. Even before it was sent to the Film Bureau for review, the Tokyo Film Festival promised that this film would get the chance to compete for the best film in this year's Golden Kirin. However, in the end, the film still passed by "Golden Kirin". The jury awarded the jury special prize representing the qualification of "Silver Award" to thirteen paulownia trees. According to Japanese media reports, Thirteen Paulownia was only one vote less than Bourne in Cairo (OSS 1 17) in the best film vote of the six-member jury.

The novel "Knife and Knife" is the most admired by young readers in the series of cruel youth written by He Dacao. The story is about the summer youth of the girl He Feng 18 years old. The film Thirteen Paulownia directed by Lv Le features children who have never been electrocuted. The film started shooting in Chengdu in July this year. After watching the movie, Xu did not hesitate to praise: "The story of middle school students, several young actors are all sixteen or seventeen years old, and they are all acting for the first time, and they are all doing well." This is the best movie in the near future! "
As the original author, He Dacao's mood at the movies is complicated and mixed with many emotions. "The 250,000-word novel has been adapted into a 100-minute film, and the deletion is certain, but the spirit of the film and the novel is the same." He said with emotion that when watching movies, he was completely immersed in the atmosphere of the film, and it was difficult to calm down when he recalled the bits and pieces when writing novels. The reason why this story can impress young people is not because of the faithful record of the protagonist's life, but because of the * * * connection of human nature, emotion and memory.
