On May 17th, 1951, Dentsu, Japan's largest advertising agency and production company, registered and established "Tokyo Radio Co., Ltd." (Tokyo), with its head office located in Xiaguan, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and its first president as Zuli Li.
